I registered for a workshop at the library over a month ago and confirmed my attendance earlier in the week. On the day of the event, I left work early and navigated through traffic to arrive on time. However, upon reaching the library, I found that there was no available parking, including the only designated disabled parking spot, which was already taken. This forced me to park a block away. Despite arriving only a few minutes late, I was informed—quite rudely—that my spot had been given to someone else and I could no longer participate. The lack of accommodation and the dismissive attitude made for a very disappointing experience. I certainly won’t be returning.

I love the Noe Valley Library, for browsing or picking up materials requested. It’s a sanctuary from every day stress in a comfortable environment with a great staff led by a wonderful Branch Manger.

The library itself is awesome and full of resources. The hours are pretty great but I would love if they were open until 9 pm every night. I've asked for help from most of the librarians and they are awesome. I really appreciate how willing they are to help you find resources or understand a process. The library itself is clean and fairy quiet since they have a large closed off section for children. The kids in the "adult" section are normally very well behaved and seem pretty excited to be checking out books with their parents. The parking is not very good. I normally have to park 2-3 blocks away which isn't horrible but the library is on a residential street with limited normal size spaces. This is one of my favorite places in the city.

A small library location, but definitely a good one. The inside has a grand yet welcoming feel and the selection of books, well by no means massive, is quite impressive and varied for the buildings size. The staff was also quite helpful and were able to get me my library card within just a few minutes.
