I dropped off this old, sad guitar that’d seen better days. It’s been in our family for quite some time. It was marked up with sharpie, scuffed, cracked in one spot, missing a string, etc. Rulon gave me an estimate right at drop off for repair, and he communicated very clearly about cost and time expectations. Then he exceeded my expectations by finishing it in record time, and it looks so good! I am so impressed!

I love this place. I've bought several of my guitars here, and Kat, my beautiful bride, has bought several basses here. Rulon has always guided us in the right direction, and shared his knowledge and insight freely with this beginner. It's also been my experience that he can usually match the prices you'll see at the big online stores.

A lesson I've learned is that if you can, it's best to play a guitar in person before buying, which you obviously can't do online. Nor do you get that personal touch and voice of wisdom from years of experience. Go with confidence to buy from here, knowing they will treat you well.

Also, a shoutout to Alora at the front counter, who always has a smile and greeting for you, and Dustin, my guitar teacher in the back hallway, who's stoked the flames of the passion to play inside

I walked in and was promptly greeted and asked what I could be helped with. I told him my uke had a loose pickup where it plugs into the amp. He fixed it immediately with the obvious know-how and tools and had it done in less than ten minutes! He didn't charge me because, for him, he said it was an easy fix. A tip was my way of appreciation for a service well done. HIGHLY recommended!!! Rulon was his name.

I purchased a Martin 000-15SM in May from No Limit Guitar Company. The store is a musician's dream come true---so many different instruments to play with---especially the temp controlled room with the Martin guitars. I worked with Rulon who is super nice and readily shares his knowledge with you.
As promised after I purchased my guitar Rulon told me to return to the store in 3-6 months and he will make any adjustments and change the strings on the house. I own a few guitars and have never been offered a "tune-up" on the house! I returned yesterday and Rulon set me up completely by lowering the action and making small adjustments with the nut and bridge. Now she plays even better than before!!!
This is the only guitar store I will be shopping in and hopefully purchasing another Martin in the near future.

Nice people, very friendly and helpful! Especially kind to the interplanetary challenged! A one-man band was on tour from NY and got abducted by aliens last night! They posted the missing persons info the very next day!
