We've been using Newsletter Pro for more than a year now and we are really happy with their work. Communication is excellent (our project manager is Kenzie: she's super friendly, always makes sure we are happy with our newsletter content and she always replies to emails right away), our questions are always answered and our newsletter is always sent on time. These guys are so professional and personal that I use them as an example of things to do in my own business to make my clients feel good!
