Great loading experience! My appointment time was 6:30am and I was out by 7:26am. Buzz the security gate for them to let you in and then park in the staging area to check in at the office. Drive into the gate and staging is on the right and the office is directly in front of it to the left. They have a bunch of vending machines and a bathroom inside which is helpful. Everything is clearly marked with signs, high visibility vests are required. They checked me in, gave me a door and loaded me up in less than an hour.

I arrived for my drop and hook appt the day before at 1526.. I checked into the office. My app was scheduled for 0200 to 2359. I was allowed to drop my trailer in designated spot and bobtail to gravel area to park overnight until load was ready. I calledat 206a to check on my load and it was ready. The people there were very nice. I grabbed my load and headed out.

Very easy and painless drop and hook. They have signs everywhere about high visibility vest 🦺.

Easy just follow the signs when you pull in from the road (see pics)

buzz the gate and they will open it up for you, pull in and park - the parking/staging area is right in front of the office (see pic).

There was a nice lady working the front desk and she was very nice, helpful and professional. She gave me my paperwork plus instructions on where to drop and hook, I was in and out within an hour of me checking in.

*** they will have you initial and sign a paper that says - that you (1)slide the tantrum, (2) two load locks in the trailer and (3) trailer is swept clean of debris…so this might be an issue down the road for your company because if the trailer is not swept clean they will not load it and thus they notify your company and company reach out to you about why you didn’t swept the trailer like you initial and sign in the doted line that you did😎💀.

Place was wonderful. Not sure if they'll let you stay after loading, but they have staging and will let you check in early. We were only there a few hours before our appt, but I've heard people getting there a day or more and they let them park.
You'll check in (make sure to wear a vest) and they'll text you a door number. Back in with doors closed and reefer running, they open from inside. Once you're at the door make sure to watch the lights on the wall. They don't call or text or come get you when you're loaded. Once the light goes from red to green pull out, park in staging, and get your paperwork from office. Simple, quick, no BS. Really enjoyed this place.

This was my third time going there for a dropping hook load every time I have been there the young lady at the front desk is very polite the place is very clean the bathroom is clean it's quick it's efficient in and out drop it hook it up and you're gone very professional very respectful and very awesome they respect us drivers and they respect what we do for our country thank you so much new cold you guys are awesome you all need a $2 raise an hour God bless you all

Warning ! Don't go in late after tunnel is shut down in Wyoming and driving through bad snow with trucks stuck blocking road trying to make it there on time because these yahoo's have no mercy and could care less about you. They sit and talk about truck drivers that have been there making fun of them knowing I could here them. Well I'm here to tell they aren't any better than us. I have no use for them just like they have no use for me. I'm glad that other places are not like these yahoo's they have no compassion.

Awesome place. The entrance looks kind of obscured, like you're about to enter a residential area, but it's tucked back a bit. Go past the Americold sign, over the RR tracks. Ring the buzzer past the drop yard for admission.

My appointment was for 0600-2300 (drop and hook), but I showed up at 0200 and the load was ready. Outstanding! Easy in and out, plenty of room to move around. Free coffee and nice people. (Make sure to wear Hi-Vis!).

I don't know about overnight, as I didn't stay, but there are staging spots that had trucks parked in them that looked as if they'd been there a while. Great facility.

07.24.2024 Come here an hour before the appointment. Otherwise, you will have to wait. I think you are being lied to and sent here before the appointment. They are checking in 15 hours before but are saying that they will load on appointment.
