It was very disappointing. They were fine with taking the items but we forgot to get the tax write off document for the first truck load. When we told them after finishing the second truck load they said SORRY if you didn’t get it , and it was maybe an hour later we were just out of luck. They would not give it to us. I don’t know about you but to me that is just not right. It wasn’t days later, it was the same day maybe an hour later. I won’t be giving or shopping there again.

So expensive and karens everywhere and its sometimes not open even when online says it is. Theyre very rude to customers me included im surprised its open. And a American girl doll just off brand kind was $30 I see them eveywhere else for $4 lmao dont bother coming

I drove from Boise to Emmett to donate to this store, but I got there at 4:45 pm. Although their posted closing time was 5:00 pm they were closed at 4:45 and the boy that came to the door repeatedly yelled that they were closed. Oh well, there are other charities to donate to. I won’t waste my time on this one.

Overpriced merchandise. Went in and tried to get 2 pieces of spare fabric both the same size . But one was priced 2 dollars more. Of course I had questioned and asked being there was no different in size nor of quality of fabric. Literally the exact same. A gal with long blonde hair and a green shirt gave me grief and said it should be priced more and that I had to pay the bigger price of said fabric. The other employees were wonderful but she was just down right rude . It's a thrift shop . Should be on the affordable side considering they get their stuff for free.

Every time I visit emmet even way before five its closed so havent been able to go in, went in once five years or more ago and it was good just nowadays its never open apparently cause I go often to emmet and every time its closed :/
