Super great "Down Home Country" feeling store. Excellent prices. The store was clean, and the staff were very kind. If I lived closer, this would be my main grocery stop. It undoubtedly is a blessing for anyone who lives close to ISU. Highly recommend!

I’m not actually sure I want to review because I prefer that these small markets keep their character as a small market. I just had the best experience there though. Staff was super helpful and polite, the store was clean and organized. Their meat is cut and ground in house, they have a small deli with hot and cold foods, lots of locally sourced items like eggs, milk, meat etc. good looking produce at a competitive price to box stores with a much calmer and quiet atmosphere. They even have meals ready to cook that are prepared in house. The prep area is even open to public view and very clean. I live in Blackfoot but work in Pocatello and will be doing my staple shopping here at this store.

My family loves to stop at Nel's Bi-Lo on our way home. We live near by and it's close enough to walk to.We love to shop local and it's nice that we live so conveniently close. I've always been met with friendly smiles and good service, and I feel strongly that they have the best deli fried chicken in town.

Tonight in particular, I made it there a little later than I intended and they were out of fried chicken. My son was really excited about it, and the workers in the deli were kind enough to make us a fresh batch. It was delicious and completely worth the wait! Our cashier was also very friendly and kind to my son that was being quite talkative. Thank you for such a wonderful experience and tasty dinner, Bi-Lo!

We love this store that often sells things you might not find elsewhere. It feels as though we step back in time to see friendly and familiar faces and enjoy a simple, and delightful environment in which to shop. One thing people often miss is the delicious deli in the back. They have daily specials and they never disappoint with comfort food taste and big portions of delightful bites. The meat department is one of a kind! Apparently they are the ONLY CERTIFIED Angus beef place in town. They are local and a business we plan to fully support. Go check it out!

This place is awesome, the store manager was very helpful in replacing some bad potato’s I bought. Plus sold me an amazing piece of prime rib. I definitely recommend this store
