The cutest place! I loved the staff recommendations they had posted around the shop. It made it so easy to choose books I ended up loving. There was also a particular staff member who I noticed had a similar taste in books, so I got a couple she recommended and it ended up being the cashier! She was very kind! If I’m ever back in Napa, I’ll definitely go again!

The front cashier Caucasian male or female cashier ( could not tell the gender ) Jules was extremely rude when I came back because she sold me a damaged item with a marker that did not work. She rudely yelled “ Well what do you want me to do about that “ I replied “ you sold me a damaged item so I don’t know.” She Proceed to be extremely rude and even customers around me even made face expressions at her and told me she reacted very rude and unprofessional. Just a spiteful and bitter person to shop from. Would not recommend

Napa Bookmine offers a great selection, but at the same time, a personal service. Usually Bookstores with large selections have staff who rely on databases to locate books, but the staff at this establishment knew the exact location of the book I was looking for. I was impressed and definitely look forward to my return.
