Beyond horrible customer service. The facility has two doors that are unlocked and we entered through the incorrect door which should have been locked to begin with. The lady at the desk was rude and made a comment about how we entered through the wrong door even after apologizing. Several other customers entered through that door. This door is directly under the storefront company logo of it’s not meant to be an entrance it should be locked.

I got a nail in my tire and called to see if they could fix it. I got Eli on the phone who let me know this was a common diy repair, and that they had the parts. When I arrived he sold me the repair kit, and told me the general technique of the repair. I went from a rapidly deflating tire to a fixed tire in about ten minutes. Thank you very much Eli and CJB Auto Supply!

Horrible treatment of customers who are being patient and kind towards staff. I've never experienced such an unhelpful place for getting car parts.

I’ve gone into this store twice now, and was completely ignored by the staff. I called the store, and the young man that answered the phone advised that they could not turn my brake rotors if they were slightly warped. I asked him why they would ever return brake rotors, unless they were warped, and he didn’t have an answer. Not the kind of expertise that anyone wants from their auto parts store.

I tried to return a defective product today. I was told by the manager that I installed it wrong and it wasn't defective. I politely explained that I have this exact product on several different vehicles and change them all once or twice a year. I'm very familiar with the installation of this product. At this point the manager turned his back on me, walked away, and told me again that I installed it wrong. I don't have a problem with them refusing to return the product. It's only $15.00 so no big deal. What is a big deal is that I walked out of the store feeling like I had just been treated as an idiot and a liar.

Just to clarify, the sales clerk that helped me with my other two transactions this morning was awesome. He went out of his way to help me and make sure I had all the parts I needed for my project. So, I don't want to dissuade anybody from shopping here. I just hope the manager sees this so maybe he won't treat the next customer this way.

I bought struts and springs from here in another town. Start hearing something went in asked if they could see if there was something off. They looked but referred me to their car center. The care center was amazing. We went in a test drive. Got me right in looked at my car, the spring was off. Reset it. Did not charge me and told me to have a safe trip and wonderful vacation.

Friendly, knowledgeable, fast service, and competent, but unfortunately half the employees don’t wear their masks or they have them under their noses, which is completely useless. And no one was enforcing customers to wear masks either. Two men were in the store without masks and not respecting social distancing. At the end of the day, great service doesn’t offset safety.

Awful service! My wife and I were the only customers in the store and no one tried to help us. We walked in, all the way through the store and all 5-7 employees just stood behind the counter chatting (non-work related talk) or on the computer. Finally, I interrupted the chatting to ask where the heated seat covers were (someone told me on the phone that they had them). I was laughed at over my request. When I told the employee, "someone here just told me over the phone that you carry them," I was shown the covers they do have. This was followed by the employee asking the others if they had ever heard of heated seat covers, and everyone laughing like my request was crazy. I left the store to find what I was looking for in minutes on-line. I will never use Napa again. This isn't the first time I've received rotten service at Napa, but it is certainly the last!
