The cashiers here are great, they are almost always ready to have a good conversation with you while taking your things to checkout, they do it fast and we'll. 100% recommend if you like small town stores with a nice staff.

Lazy, even since the wierdo quit that dated younger ladies, they are slow in the deli and lazy. The ladies will.make all the excuses. Thyer food is good in the morning yet you pay for the same in the evening and get less and worse. Do not go after 2pm. Got proof.

This is such a great store. I always enjoy visiting this M&W Market when I'm in Filer. Their store is always so nice, clean and well organized. The staff is very helpful. Whatever I'm in need of a hardware item I love visiting the True Value that is located here. Marshall and his team are absolutely phenomenal. Highly recommend.

It's always great to support local but this place price gouges more than any place I've ever visited. It's absolutely ridiculous. They take advantage of a rural area when it's not even that rural. I will take the extra time to drive to Buhl or Twin just to avoid M&W.

I went in to buy some eggs and the price was $15.99 for an 18 pack. So i went to Walmart instead and bought an 18 pack for $8.82 i have never been to a store that price rouges as much as M&W market in Filer

Had a pretty bad experience recently. It was simply an issue of an ad price not ringing correctly. The cashier could not understand what I was telling her and called over someone else who claimed she was the store manager. She would not listen and continued telling me I was wrong. I ended up leaving the product at the check stand because she would not stop talking and simply do the math. I had to call the store back to get the actual store manager's name. Same person answered the phone and still tried to convince me I was wrong. I honestly wasn't as concerned with the $20 difference as I was with being lied to and told I was wrong. I had to reach out to a neighboring store to get contact info for a senior leader. I understand staffing is tough right now, but having someone like this in a leadership role is a big concern. I've got a call into the director of operations and will get in touch with the actual store manager. I am confident it will be taken care of. I was a big box retail manager for nearly 20 years and am now a manager for a national bank. I'm not a difficult customer, but I can do basic math. Had the person taken 1 minute to listen to what I was saying we could have walked through the math and corrected the issue. If she simply didn't want to honor the advertised price she could have said that too. At least that would have been honest. Either way, I'll escalate this to the appropriate leaders and I believe they will make it right.

Everyone working there is so nice and helpful. I recently moved in the area and stopped in for a few things, thought I lost my wallet and started to panic, and the cashier was so sweet and told me not to panic if I couldn't find it it wasn't a problem. Not to get worked up over it. I found a credit card and paid with that, but she was very sweet. I appreciate that in customer service. I have already been back and recommend this store to anyone in the area or passing through

They are a good small town grocery store. Some of the bakery items are hit or miss on freshness mostly because they don't sell as much. The true value side is great for most little repair that you don't want to go all the way to town for. They often have just the right nut or bolt that I couldn't find in town.
