It's definitely the worst library in the shoals area, for the customer service alone. It is really a gamble, some people want to help, others just seem to be there to fill a void. There are many workers that are rude, when a library is supposed to be a nice sanctuary, like you're bothering them by calling or asking a question. Had a book put on hold one day, the next day it's not available, there's not a hold, etc. but spoke to different people both days, that's just the gamble of them. I purposely avoid this library at all costs, but am forced to seldom use it for certain releases due to it being a tad bigger than Sheffield and Tuscumbia, both of whom I'd rather visit than this one.

Staff is extremely friendly and the environment is very inviting. Large selection of books and media for children to choose from and they even offer entertainment from time to time. All and all, an amazing place to visit.

It is amazing for all ages. There is a separate space for all ages. The teens have a back space with computer s, tables and sitting area. A great room for the children to learn and play. Free after school snacks. Wonderful all around.

Workers were great with helping me. I didn't know that I could just print my documents from my phone to the Library printer. All I had to do was turn on the WIFI and select their printer. Pretty cool...

I love to read and I have to get Large print books. They have a really good section for a large print. We enjoy going to this library so much. Love the children's corner and the relaxing reading area.

It's a pretty nice library for which a small town. Everyone has always been very helpful.
