Bought a ornament as a gift for my daughter, it was not cheap but I loved it for her. When I took it to the register it had a hook for hanging, as it should… well when I gave it to my daughter and she unwrapped it (sales women had boxed it up) there was no hook to hang it! I searched the box and nothing… only logical explanation is the hook was removed after I bought it. Why would anyone do that? It’s an ornament meant to be hung on a tree. Was pretty irritated as the ornament was not cheap and we then had to search for a hook in order to hang on her tree. Pretty ridiculous. 2 stars as the store is cute but customer service and logic need work. Will add we were not greeted in any way, just looked at. Maybe ask your customer if they would like the hook or not .. or just include it, it is after all a Christmas tree ornament.
