Great deli the sandwiches are something new that they have once in awhile is some meatloaf and a baked potato that is stuffed together it makes a great meal. Very nice people and and if you don't know where something is there great about helping you find it.

Nice little local Market that has been established for at least the 22 years I have lived in the Kern River Valley. Great meat counter and a Deli that is the favorite of the locals.

I grew up shopping at the Mt. Mesa Market. I'm so glad they have remained a valued business in our valley. Fresh Produce, Outstanding Meat Dept and Deli. They make delicious pizza two ways: Hot & Take-n-Bake. They're deli sandwiches are so good. Phone ahead for faster service. Grocery staples available. Cold drinks! A variety of beer, wine and soft drinks. This hometown favorite also caters! They've provided deli meat & cheese platters, complete meals for large and small gatherings. Trusted by many local groups, clubs and businesses alike. Jim & Diane are wonderful business owners. Thank you for all the years of service!!

Very friendly staff, surprising variety for a small shop at reasonable prices. Food, BBQ and fishing stuff. The deli has quality products and great options for on the go food. The owner was kind and super attentive. It's nice to see small shops like this one! Stop if you have the chance, we did in the middle of a long road trip and we didn't regret it.

Best place around for sandwiches. Period. They make most of their own meats and produce, and they're delicious. Don't be fooled by the lackluster appearance of the market, the food is fantastic. And though they don't market it too much, they also make an awesome pizza loaded with fresh ingredients

Local market where my mom lives. Small selection, kinda high prices, but it's nice there's something in town. Can't be mad.
