I loved the scent of the old wood and the creek of the stairs as we respectfully made our way up the staircase. The self guided tour was easy to follow as long as you know which way is North. Gazing out from inside made me forget I was here, and made me feel like I was back in the late 1800s, looking out for a set of horses and carriage to take me away. The smells, the sounds, the experience, all unforgettable. The admission was $12 and in my opinion an adventure well worth it. Thank you, take care and stay safe.

Miramont castle was my favorite stop! The people who work there are super informative and kind. They give you a brochure that tells you about each room as you self-guide the property. You can tell they love where they work! There are restrooms for the public in the castle. The gardens around the castle are gorgeous, so don't miss out on that part!

Celebrated mom’s 90th birthday at Miramont Castle. It was absolutely the best! Peggie and the castle crew went over and above preparing the meal for the 21 of us and serving us in the beauty of the Queen’s Parlor Tea Room! Kayla, the manager, Max the Chef and everyone were top notch. Set amidst the elegance of Miramont Castle made mom’s birthday the best one yet, a celebration fit for a queen indeed!

We enjoyed a lovely high tea at the castle. We did make a reservation so we were seated right away. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Their menu changes daily and everything was delicious. I do have a food allergy and they were able to accommodate that with ease. They will be having special events coming up that sound fun so check their calendar. I already made another reservation for a Bridgerton garden party. I enjoyed my tea today, mango tango, and was able to purchase a jar from their gift shop so I was thrilled with that too. I highly recommend Miramont Castle! Thank you for a great experience.

This was truly a lovely experience for my sister and me. We loved the tea pots and plate ware. The tea flavors were great and they do accommodate GF needs. Our service was excellent.

A meticulously renovated castle with many cool sites and interesting stories. One of my favorites was the locked away originals wallpaper which contains arsenic! The visit is affordable and offers a fun way to spend some leisure time in this beautiful town. They also have cute tea parties if you call and reserve ahead.

The castle tour is quite interesting, and the tea parlor (I did both) was amazing. The environment was great, and the tea, sandwiches, and desserts were delicious. It's definitely a fun place to come with your friends, and I would definitely recommend coming with a small group. Slightly pricy but nothing outrageous considering the quality and quantity of service. Had a great time!

Great find. Beautiful old castle. Lots of good information and displays. The room decorations are wonderful. We did the afternoon high tea. It was fantastic
