Are you looking for a great military establishment for buying things? How about pleasant employees? Do you enjoy spending tons of money on things that should be free already? Then look no further, you've found the place to be at!

Whether you are looking for new boots, ribbons, awards, tan t-shirts, new PT uniforms, hygiene items, military uniforms, knives, bags, etc. They probably have it.

I give this place a four out of five stars. The employees are nice and then the business just got renovated. I do wish the return policy was higher than 30 days though. But that is besides the point.

Tina, the manager of Clothing and Sales is very incompetent and honestly doesn’t need to be working as a manager. The way she speaks to her customers when they have an issue is beyond me. My husband had an issue with his AGSU jacket and she couldn’t help us which is understandable but the way she said “what do you want me to do about it” was very unnecessary. Tina, if you read this, learn how to properly speak to your customers in a respectful and non-condescending way. We get it, you may not want to work on a Saturday but that’s not our problem.

Mrs. Harlow is reporting a false narrative. Tina did assist her and her husband on that day by providing a new AGSU belt at no cost, even though this was not the facilities fault. Upon purchase, the soldier did receive all the pieces to the uniform. It's funny how she left out that she was having a big attitude towards the alteration shop workers and the MCSS manager. This is also the same lady who wrote a poor 1 star review for DEERS because she was calling them on a federal holiday (New Years). I'm rating her a 5 star poor rater.

Mackenzie, if you read this, learn how to properly speak to the Exchange workers in a respectful and non-condescending way. We get it, you're a Karen, but that’s not our problem.

They had what I needed this time. If your still sporting ASU don’t bother they stopped supplying even though the wear out date is still awhile yet

They need to stop re-arranging this place every two months. FOCUS ON THE SEASONAL NEEDS. FOCUS ON THE DAILY UNIFORM. You can't get a fleece cap in the winter, you can't get HW uniforms in the summer. And you can forget about uniform pieces. I couldn't find E-4 insignias for so long that I ordered some questionable quality ones from Amazon instead! If I can't confidently walk into a clothing store to buy these items then there is a fundamental failure that needs to be addressed.

The employees themselves are super nice and super helpful. They always make sure to pay close attention when helping a customer. However, the managers are terrible to their employees. I’ve heard with my own ears and seen with my own eyes the managers treat the employees like they are children. The managers seem to team up and attack the employees together which is very unprofessional and honestly, disgusting. If you have a terrible life at home, leave that at the door and do not take your frustrations out on your employees. Sad. Do better.

The lady that assisted my friend and I, went above and beyond in making sure we had the right sizes and all the components necessary for our new Army AGSU. She even took us to the alterations next door to make sure we had everything correct.

I understand they're under renovation, but even before that they had a horrible selection. For the base to be this big it always seems like everything is on back order or they don't carry it. I was just told to go to Peterson for a dress uniform undershirt. How ridiculous
