Helpful, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable! Working on getting my first suppressor and the guys at Mid Star have been walking me through it and also patiently and happily answering all my questions. I’ll definitely keep going back to Mid Star!

Was just in there again to have some sights added to a custom barrel. They’re always friendly and ready to help. Got the sights installed really quickly and for a good price.

Tyler provided great customer service, showing me several CC pistols that would fit my large hands (Tyler is also a big guy, so that helped). He showed me a used Sig that was more than I wanted to spend during the visit (but really liked), so I didn't end up making a purchase. Prices seemed a bit higher than other places, but I like to support local shops, so I'll likely buy from them in the future (I'm fairly new to the area). Seems like a great shop overall, and I will give them future business.

Walked in for a quick box of ammo. Started looking at firearms. The owners answered all questions and not once tried to push us out due to closing time. About an hour after the official close of store the paperwork was done and I had my purchase in hand and a future purchase planned out. Today one only hears of the good old days with service like we experienced in 2024

I purchased a Smith and Wesson M&P 9 M2.0. Customer service was top notch, they knew everything I could possibly want about the guns I looked at. I came in expecting to buy a specific gun based on my research, and after spending over an hour looking at and discussing other guns, finally found something that FELT better in my hand.
