A security guard harassed me in the parking lot for parking in “staff” parking when it’s clearly labeled as “library parking”. Other staff confirmed that this is public parking. Everything else about the library is great!

I really like the setup of this library. However, I wish it was quieter. Ironically, whilst they are very kind, the loudest voices typically seem to come from the staff. 😬 And the staff are going to be what sets the tone for this space.

Please make libraries quiet again. 🙏

They have a great selection for both adults and kids. I love how easy it is to put books on hold from other locations and pick them up at your “home library”. I love the kids area here as well and so do both of my children! Fun challenges and activities for them to do. Definitely recommend!

The Security Gaurd was completely rude to my fiance and I for no reason. He kept asking us "when are you leaving?" "Are you leaving soon?".
Made us feel terribly uncomfortable.
We had a meeting there at 1:30
And a conference room scheduled for 2-4
And he just had the worst attitude, I only plan on going back to this place if I absolutely HAVE too. There's other libraries in town that our better.

The library is quiet and nice, it is like a second home to me (I’m a sci-fi fantasy geek)

The library is great. However there shouldn't be such a long time that people can place a hold. The free passes to museums and things are great but if someone places a hold and never gets the item they have up to 200 days to come get it? That's outrageous when someone else thats ready to use the pass will get it right away. Also people not bringing passes back when they should then what? It's nice you let people check out passes to get into museums and science, art centers free but make it actually accessible to more people make the hold time shorter. Other libraries have a 1-2 week max hold time until it's freed up for someone else.
