So clean, organized and the people are so nice. They even have a kids area where you pay your utilities. I am so impressed. They also have Santas mailbox from the day after Thanksgiving to Dec 18th

I hate this place so much! They shut off my water after I made the payment 3 days before and they won't adjust my water bill because there's a leak I wasn't aware of till they slapped me with a 277.00 water bill. They don't care if you're disabled or on the brink of being homeless. All they care about is taking every little penny from the hard working, disabled, single moms. This place says they care about community and the people that are in it. That is a flat out lie!

Came to the City Clerks office for a passport application for my little. Prior to my arrival I had read through every single line item requirement and had all documents. However my daughter's birth certificate had my maiden name but my married name in the signature. I was told by the lady that I would need my marriage certificate. So I went and got the same marriage certificate used to get my own passport. I came back to drop it off and she informed me that I had to purchase a certified copy. I asked if I could just have all my stuff back and she said no. So I said let's mail it anyway and I'll deal with the State Department. The woman, Kayla, had zero personality and made the experience far less enjoyable with her bland personality and lack of compassion. I get it, you hate your job but you chose your job. I've had awesome experiences with City if Meridian so this was super disappointing.
