My experience here was awful, took absolutely forever, got my food and it was RAW came back on to get a refund and was me with absolute zero customer service and then when I reordered my food they some how lost my order and wouldn’t make my food or give me a refund, I sat and waited to talk to the manager for 30 mins and no one came up to the front to handle the situation. In total I was at this McDonald for an hour and half, and left with no refund and with no food, highly disappointed and disgusted.

I ordered some food for myself and my mother after an appointment we ordered a cheeseburger with cheese onion pickle tomato lettuce ketchup mustard and mayonnaise my mother order a quarter pounder with no pickle and large fries we also both order a medium chocolate milk shake my mother ordered hers with no whipped cream since she can't eat it when we got our order we both got out fries however I had no cheese no onion no pickle no tomato no ketchup and no mustard all that was on it was mayonnaise and lettuce my mother ended up with filet-o-fish which she couldn't eat due to a fish allergy and they also put my shake in a size small and filled it halfway with the mint ingredient for the Shamrock shake I am allergic to mint and cannot have it so we went back inside to correct the issue when we did the employee who helped me argued with me that I actually had a large size and medium shake which I did not and when I asked about them putting mint in my chocolate shake all she did was explain that it was mint which yeah I already knew that when I asked why it was in my chocolate shake she refused to give me an answer and would not replace it we ended up having to scrape the whipped cream off of it and I switched with my mother she did not enjoy the taste of the mint mixed with chocolate when we got our new food they let us keep the previous hamburger and gave us some cookies as an apology which was nice however upon further inspection we found that my order was still wrong the only difference was they added tomato to it there was still no cheese or ketchup or mustard or onion or pickle it was just a hamburger with tomato lettuce and Mayo I usually enjoy coming here for a quick meal and haven't had many problems in the past however tonight was different and it was quite irritating going in for a meal only for it to be wrong and have to go ask them to fix it only to find its wrong again just with some extra stuff I didn't even order

Let’s go down the list shall we?
Food? Never is right, everytime I go there it’s them running out orders or people coming in because they messed up their order. All the grill people either doesn’t care what they are doing or they don’t know what they are doing, they are reading the slips that gives you special instructions and just making the sandwich how its supposed to be before hand. I heard the manger Betty yelling at the grill people calling them idiots, it’s not a great place to work, nor a place to eat at

Service is good, some of the staff are good workers while some of them are not, I don’t know how any of the mangers are mangers other than Trent.
heather, , Betty, Kaylee they are all mean and yelling at their staff which kind you are mostly young adults who are just trying to get by,

The place is clean enough, the people up front are usually the ones to do it, they clean it but not good enough. If that’s what the lobby looks like what does the kitchen look like?

Felt bad for the manager here. She seemed like was trying to properly run the place. My bacon double quarter pounder with extra lettuce and extra onions was missing both the bacon and the onions. When I brought it up to the staff, the manager asked the staff to please ensure they're properly reading the orders.

Best McDonald’s I have been to in years. Food was fresh, order was correct. (I know that seems like the bare minimum but hasn’t happened for me) need to be buzzed into bathroom but it’s super clean! Pretty

Staff is terrible can't even be brought to do the bare minimum thank the lord that it's mcdolands we're you can't mess up the food it self. Also put pickles on a request of no pickles no big deal to me but if some one is allergic they are gonna get a lawsuit.

Definitely not recommended, as with any McDonald's it's a toss up on quality. More often than not this location dishes out foul toxic sludge not worthy of being labeled food. You will wait 20-45 min for cold burgers made several hours ago and limp soggy fries. Why pay a premium for literal garbage when you could pay the same and get higher quality food at a locally owned dine in restaurant.
