I rented one of the rooms on Friday night, October 25th for a Halloween party in CDL. Unfortunately, I left an object in the room valued at around $1000 and after a few days they informed me that no one found anything. We are absolutely certain that it was left in the bathroom. I stay in hotels often and I have never worried about this kind of the situation because I know that no matter how stupid the object is, the hotels always take care to return it. So my rating is 1 because there is no option to give it a zero. It is not a trustworthy place.

Positive: Easy location right off i90 and close to lots of local amenities Negative: The AC/Heater was a little temperamental and didn't work properly. Toilet seat was also the wrong size, which would've been more of a problem if it wasn't a quick pit stop before moving on,.

Beds were very comfortable, but the bathroom was falling apart. The towel rod fell out of the wall as it was never installed properly in the first place and had only been haphazardly reattached, the tub spout was loose from the wall and the fan barely worked. Maid service only every 3 days is not enough for the amount hotels cost these days, and the toilet paper wasn't restocked. As well, the bedspread had a black sticky substance on it when we first arrived. The location is great, you're a 25 minute drive from Silverwood, but the hotel is definitely understaffed and needs some maintenance. Breakfast was good though.

We had a great stay here. The receptionist was welcoming, and checkin was quick. The room was large with a big bathroom, well appointed and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. We found it to be quiet as well so we had a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was included and was very good. Many items to choose. We would stay here again.
