This place is a little gem in the town. A few miles from Manitou Springs downtown. The location was ideal to explore the different parks and attractions in the area. The rooms are very clean and stocked with everything you need to have a good stay. They do offer breakfast, their pool and hot tub phenomenal, clean and both functional. The prices were affordable and for the price we were happy about all the things the hotel has to offer.

Had a great time. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Our refrigerator wasn't working but they replaced it within 20 minutes. Room was clean. Breakfast had waffles and everything was fresh. Great location, free bus shuttle stop right next to hotel.

As someone in a wheelchair it would have been nice to have a shower chair. We had to fit one in our vehicle and drag it for 900 miles.|Rooms were clean. A little protein in the breakfast would be nice.|Location is centrally located between Manitou Springs and Garden of The Gods.

This was our second stay here. We love this motel. The staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. The property is completely non smoking, a great plus! The hot tub was very welcomed after a day of hiking. ||The free shuttle stops right across the road and if you want to walk, you are only about a mile from downtown Manitou Springs. A quaint and cool town. ||The motel is a few miles from Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Broadmoor Seven Falls, Cave of the Winds, Manitou Cave Dwellings. ||We will visit here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly. Our room was very clean. (They even cleaned our room while we were out, we stayed two days, most hotels don't do this anymore so that was a pleasant surprise) Happy the room had four large towels which was nice! Air conditioner worked well as did the mini fridge. The bed was decent with small square pillows (but we brought our own so that wasn't an issue for us) It was nice to park right outside our door. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice. Breakfast was waffles, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, fruit, muffins, cereal and milk. Compared to the more expensive chain hotels this was a great value. Great location!!

We are so glad we chose this hotel to stay for our Girl's only weekend. The 3 days we stayed staff was super courteous, friendly, and the rooms were VERY clean. Yes it doesn't have a microwave but the fridge worked great. We were on vacation so we didn't plan on using a microwave anyway. If you need a soft bed with comfy pillows and super nice staff from management down then this is the place to stay. It was perfectly located and easy to get too as well. When one of your travelers is under the age of 2 and the oldest is 75 this wa s the perfect place. Hot tub located next to the pool kept EVERYONE happy. Thank you for adding to our WONDERFUL weekend

There are so many motels like this one in the area. My experience was very good. The staffs are friendly. Breakfast is just continental with no protein. You park in front of your room. The room is clean and the pool with a hot spa are indoor open until 10 pm. The only draw back is the location. Only the #36 shuttle going to town is across the street. The #33 shuttle going to the Cog Train is 20 min walk away.

This is a good hotel if you aren’t looking for a plush one. Good points are: the heat/air is quiet. The hotel is quiet as a whole. The breakfast is minimal. Same every day. No “fresh” breakfast but they do leave it available late. The room is pretty spacious: we had the “suite”. The towels are terrible. They look nice and fluffy but it feels like drying with a wet towel. They absorb nothing so you have to use two but luckily they do provide two each person. The management is laid back and nice. Beds and bath were cleaned well. The management was nice in that the washer was broken and they refunded us 10 percent. We went elsewhere to wash and he gave us quarters to dry and softener sheets so that was nice.
