If I could give 0 stars I would. I am 22 years old and this is my first time transferring from a different state. I have my AL license and was coming to get a tag. As soon as I walked to the window the lady at L6 or L5 I can’t remember, was extremely irritated and made me feel very uncomfortable it honestly hurt my feelings because I completely understand customer service is hard and they have a lot of customers but I waited patiently and treated the staff respectfully just to have someone treat me like dirt for needing a tag.

I had to renew license today. The older white/Karenlady working one of the L windows needs to retire or acquire customer service training. She was very rude when giving directions and information. There is too much nepotism, not enough multiculturalism at this service center. Shout out to the security guards who were nicest people we encountered. Thank You for trying to keep everyone safe.

The 1.5 hour wait was frustrating enough, but the subsequent rudeness of the staff was unacceptable. Despite being prepared and courteous, I was met with barked orders and witnessed them complaining amongst themselves. While I appreciate that they might have been busy, their behavior towards customers was unwarranted. I would rather travel further for a better experience than return to this location….!!!!

Every time I have had to come to this service center- it is extremely clean and efficient. Today- I thought FOR SURE it would be a long wait to update my new name & get a new license (due to the amount of people inside); but I signed in- walked over to find a seat and my number was called. In and out in 10 minutes. Very pleased.

I waited for two hours. The wait alone was bothersome, then when I finally got called up the staff was extremely rude. When I tried to ask questions they were barking orders and complaining to each other the entire time. I understand being busy and stressed, but there is no reason to take it out on people who had everything needed and were polite. I would chose to take a longer drive before coming here again.

I renewed my tags online and they were lost/delayed in the mail, so I came by the service center to get new stickers printed. After coming in and going through security, I was able to use the kiosk to get a number. I was almost immediately called up to a window and got my stickers. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes which is a new record. I know this won't be the case every time but I'm very happy with the updated capability of this service center!

Absolutely the best experience at a government service building! The kiosks make everything move smoothly for drivers license and automotive tags. Each and every employee was friendly and efficient.
