Always good deals on clothes. My wife found a lot of good deals and dresses for the girls. I was in the G-Shock section, of course! They have a good selection of watches. The only thing is that you have to search and wait to get help. I waited 30 minutes for help. Wish they could give me a discount on another Gshock.

Nice to see Macy's operating with a good choice of items again. Customer service is back to it's great standard. Covid was hard on these businesses. Glad to see they are doing better!

My sister & I went in to Macy's in Newpark Mall, Fremont on 12/17/24. My sister was interested in purchasing a Michael Kors pair of boots; however, we didn't find anyone on the floor anywhere around where the shoes were all displayed. Finally, we found 2 saleswomen chatting right outside the cashier. They both saw us but neither one asked if we needed assistance. We asked to try on the pair of boots. When one of them named Maysa came out with a box that contained the boots, she just placed the box on the arm of the chair where I was seated and left without assisting my sister. My sister notified her that she was handicaped in the very beginning. When asked why she's not helping her, she said that they were not required to assist. When I asked to see the manager, we were told that they didn't assist the customers at all. These two individuals were so unfriendly that they should not have any business handling customers.

Very good but some places must be organizer like clearance places and must be I found shopping cart ? to put my stuff I can't carry my stuff. I need to be a free to enjoy while I make my shopping.

The aisles were a mess, clothes piled everywhere. Very inaccessible as a wheelchair user. Not surprised this location is closing.
