Positive: Outstanding hotel! Large rooms! Casino near and nice. Restaurant on-site was good. Peaceful location. Negative: Breakfast not included, but steak and eggs for $7.77 was really good. Highway noise. Paying extra for balcony was not worth it.

The room was nice, the bed comfortable and the shower was great.|Staff was friendly and helpful.|The one complaint was... NO microwave in the room!|Some might not think it a big deal but we couldn't heat our leftovers and more importantly, I use a rice bag for my neck that is heated in the microwave.|There is one in the lobby but that is not convenient.|There is a restaurant in the casino which you can access through the casino itself but it is smoky or go outside and enter through a different door. The food was good and not so good. The breakfast bowl with bacon, sausage and ham was delicious. I will leave a review for that also.

Beautiful, clean, quiet, friendly place. LOVED it there, on-site casino, on-site restaurant, lounge fireplace sitting area, ample parking, comfy beds, many pillows, big tv, we had an ocean view patio with chairs and table, mini fridge, desk, we had roll in disabled bath 2 queens and for ONCE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE there was actual water pressure in the shower! The desk clerk was quitting soon for another job but a more pleasant lady would be hard to find, a loss to the hotel. Quick elevators, free coffee and ice, carpeted floors, could not find a thing to complain about, except maybe the bed may be too soft for some. Not tons of tv channels, maybe 10 but adequate. Loved it, hated to leave, I even spent 2 hours on the slots and stayed alive for a while, unlike some now that just eat your money. I don't mind losing if I have a fair chance, but that is becoming rare in some casinos.

We are two small dogs and I’ve never had a problem, taking them into the casino at all in fact they’ve been very welcomed at all times. We walk in. They yelled at our dogs names and come to pet them. It’s the most pet friendly casino I’ve ever been in

Rooms are great. Arturo is terrible at the restaurant. Managers shouldn’t tell customers they don’t believe them when they say the food is terrible. Plus a jersey at work seems very unprofessional when I am donating all this money to the casino. Bin smoke area is in the middle of all smoking areas so don’t expect to be free of a headache or cancer. Middle ground for this casino.

Clean, the staff is nice. No problem sleeping in our RV in the parking lot, security allows up to 3 days when you go to check in and ask them.

Unfriendly to Pets and Guests Alike – A Disappointing Stay

I was thoroughly disappointed with my recent stay at Lucky 7 Casino & Hotel, which falsely advertises itself as “pet-friendly.” I paid an extra $25 per night per dog for a pet-friendly room, bringing the total to $250 per night, only to be met with hostility just hours after checking in.

After settling in, I left my room for less than ten minutes to pick up a to-go order from the hotel’s restaurant, leaving my two elderly parents to watch our dogs. As I returned, I noticed a security guard pass by our room, which caused my puppy to bark once. To my astonishment, I received a noise complaint within minutes. The complaint wasn’t even made by a guest—my parents can confirm that the dogs weren’t barking incessantly. The so-called pet-friendly hotel has a policy that after two complaints, guests may be asked to leave if dogs are left unattended. This is absurd, especially considering it wasn’t even quiet hours; it was 6 PM in a 24/7 casino hotel on a highway.

Now, my parents, our dogs, and I are on high alert for any misstep during our ONE-night stay, turning what should have been a relaxing experience into a stressful ordeal.

To add insult to injury, our food order was incorrect, making this experience even more frustrating.

This is not the welcoming, pet-friendly environment we were promised. If you’re traveling with pets, I strongly advise you to avoid this hotel.

We stayed 2 nights in the RV area. Register inside at security with your trailer plate #s, good food in the restaurant and enjoyed happy hour at the bar. Also offer gas across the street to fill up before you leave. Very friendly employees! Stayed August 2024
