EDIT: Following my illuminating review, Lowe’s has filled many of the crevasses in the parking lot; you’re welcome Tallyn’s Reach. I shop at this Lowe’s location ~ 3 times per week. Over a period of 2 years, the condition of your asphalt has declined continually from bad, to (now) abysmal. I’ve included a few pictures of the off-roading course you call a parking lot for your awareness.

Being a homeowner is an easy. But Lowes is the place that can help make that job less cumbersome. A wonderful selection of gardening, painting, appliances, tools, even holiday Decour! It seems like I can always find a friendly red vest and Lowes employee to always help me find what I need. Conveniently located on Smoky Hill and Aurora Parkway, this location has it all. If you don’t know what you need or need assistance just ask one of the friendly employees!

There is almost always a lack of employees in the store so when I need help finding something there is no one to be found. Additionally, anytime I try to do a curbside pickup, nobody ever comes out to bring me my order and I am forced to go in the store.

Please hire more people to help.

Yesterday my wife called to check on an item that showed 7 instock. We had already purchased the same product in Aurora location that was missing hardware when we got it home. When she called she explained this to the person that answered and they said they had 7 so it would not be a problem to place an online order. I was in Arvada at the time and drove down to this location. When I arrived, I was shocked to see that written right on the box they had pulled for me was "MISSING HARDWARE!!!" I could not believe I wasted nearly an hour drive for this. The customer service person said that someone would come back and help me find another one. I went back and after 10 minutes of looking around only found two more and both were also torn open and missing hardware. Went upfront again to CS and told them nobody came to the aisle to help. They brought out a manager that said someone else would go look. I stood around for another 10 minutes and then tracked her down. She said that he was still looking and then vanished. Went back to CS and told them to just credit me as I had already wasted too much time. When I asked about the manager, they told me she was speaking with the store manager and was busy. I guess whatever that conversation was about was more important than helping with my order.

They still show 7 on hand so fixing the inventory levels is not a concern of theirs. Seems to be par for the course at this location. Night and day experiences to Arvada and Arapahoe stores that appear to be much busier, yet are always stocked and helpful. Not sure why such a difference between locations.

We always have a good shopping experience here with their selection and customer service. We were absolutely blown away when we went by this weekend and saw their Memorial Day tribute to our veterans. Thank you Lowe’s at Southlands, we are so grateful for your heartfelt display.
