Louise, from store Loves in Westmorland is the MOST rude person ever. If you don't like your job, please find something you like to do! Her customer service is terrible! I asked very nice of there was any decaffeinated coffee and she answer in the worst disrespectful way that there's nothing she could do if there was any decaffeinated coffee. She even told me to leave the store! I was very respectful, you can even check the cameras. Louise, please, make yourself a favor, find the job you really love to do and be happy!! At least learn some customer service skills and do not be rude to people that ask nicely a question...

I was very upset about not having hot water in the shower,,I had warm water,,,for what is truck driver's spend in these places and for what we do to keep America going,,warm water was disappointment,,,,but I guess being out here 29 years and we are still not appreciated,,,it's sad.

Nice fairly new Love’s travel stop right on the 86 in the small town of Westmorland.
Very clean convenient store and restrooms. They have plenty of gas pumps, RV’s, big trucks get their fuel in the back. They have a very large parking lot in back.
Talked to several employees and each of them were very polite and helpful.
Subway inside and several other eateries 2 blocks away, Mexican, Chinese food.
Pump House Steak House 3-4 block away, nice steaks and bar- my favorite!

LOVE'S located at Westmoreland ,Ca. Have an excellent customer service..
Restrooms are very clean all the times and they have 2 huge restrooms one for women and one for men..(because using one restrooms for both genders is unapropiate specially for women ?).....Interior store is very clean,organized and stocked....I really like the music they play in the store...Gas prices excellent and the quality gas excellent for cars...we make a stop at Love's gas station at Westmorland,Ca. when we travel...Hope all your stations are like Westmorland,Ca. location....and hope you open more Love's stations in California specially in Palm Desert,Ca.

This place is filthy,no soap,toilet paper in women's bathroom,stalls haven't been cleaned.The drink machine no ice,spilled drinks everywhere,the toppings for roller grill empty,no condiments out anywhere for food... Employees just standing around talking to each other One of the worst loves I have been to,explains why there is always parking..Also mold growing on tea urns and coffe

I'm usually happy with Love's Truck Stops. Rarely do I ever have negative issues or complaints when visiting a Love's. This time was no different other than my wait to pay. Clean inside and friendly staff. I Can usually grab, pay and go quickly. I Like that they keep clean bathrooms and have a good variety of food and very decent gas prices. This time my Purchase line was only staffed by one person with 6 people in line and eventually a second staff person came to the second register so it was not as quick as usual, so minus 1 star.
