Wonderful store, wide variety of gifts for a special someone, special occasion, coworker, pretty much everyone. Some items from local creators.
Easy to find one of a kind or not so main stream gifts.
Great items that a a little more expensive, but you get what you pay for, definitely worth it!
Love the little pocket charms, wide variety to choose from. Perfect for my daughter, niece, and nephew.
Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable of products they carry.
Definitely recommend.

went to go spend time with family to go check out a new store that we never been to, wanted to enjoy looking at these items and hoping to find something for one of them. as the workers kept watching and following me and my family around, constantly watching us, i didn’t feel comfortable at all being there as well as them knowing it’s our first time there. especially the older lady kept watching me at the door. i left not wanting to go back for constant being watched not even being able to look at anything.

Lolly’s Hallmark used to be my go-to Hallmark store several times a year until my last visit. In early December, 2023, I purchased a birthday gift (Vera Bradley wallet) along with several other cards and items. The birthday gift I purchased didn’t work out for the recipient so I took it back to Lolly’s to exchange it. I couldn’t find the receipt but I did have my credit card receipt. I wasn’t asking for a refund, only store credit. The item still had the tag on it (I did cut off the small area where the price was printed) along with all tissue wrapping and foam in the wider sections. The owner told me they don’t allow any returns or exchanges without a receipt because they “don’t know if I had a coupon or other discount, or if I even bought it at their store.” When I told her I had my credit card receipt that showed my total purchase on that day (over $200.00), I was told that my “credit card receipt didn’t prove I bought that particular item on that day or even at that store.” The worst part of the interaction was the owner’s rudeness and willingness to call me a liar and a thief in front of other customers. I would rather drive to the Hallmark store in Centerra than ever spend another dollar in a store that defaults to thinking every customer is a thief, liar, or scam artist.

Very frustrating when I planned a trip to take my kids to the store to pick out ornaments tonight after verifying both on Google and Hallmark’s website that they were open until 6pm. I rushed to take take the kids with me right after work and got there at 5:06pm to find out they had closed at 5pm for a “Staff Holiday Party”. It’s bad enough that you close so early to begin with as 6pm is hard to make for anyone who works, but to close early for a staff party that you could easily have done after hours is ridiculous and bad business. I wanted to support our local shops but please honor your posted hours.
