Currently living in one of their 4 room co-living units, I will say I’m having an incredibly memorable experience here! First apartment experience as an adult, and it is a very luxurious place to live. The community is great, so blessed to have met and made friends with so many amazing people here. Cannot thank the staff here enough for all the things they have helped me work through, I’m always happy to see them. The events they put together have been so fun and unforgettable. The employees here at local have been really helpful with maintenance which is great and they are pretty cool in general from what I’ve experienced so far. Overall I think they’re quite nice apartments and I’ve enjoyed being here. Whoever picked out the washer and dryer, you are my hero, the dishwasher, I guess it’s the thought that counts.

The team here is friendly and helpful. Cam, Aria, Megan, and Riley have been a pleasure to work with. My favorite things about living here are the community events and meeting cool people that live here. The amenities are great too, including a clean gym, free coffee, pools and spas, and several lounge and study areas. The location is great for me too, because it is close to downtown, BSU, and Ann Morrison park, where I frequently go. So far so good!

I recently experienced this gorgeous location when visiting my friend’s apartment, and all I have to say is, wow! Cameron and the rest of the staff were very friendly and inviting, and the place is stunning. It was such a relief to find a happy and clean environment for myself and my new pup! The swimming pool was simply the cherry on top, spotless. 10/10.

Super friendly and welcoming environment. We were fortunate enough to get a tour of the building from Cameron, and he made us feel so welcomed! Super clean and up to date facilities, as well as an incredible view from the sky deck.

It’s a classy place. Everything is brand spanking new and finishes are high quality. The common areas are super classy and comfy - right now I’m studying for board examinations and even the doctors in my study group comment on how nice this place is. Community is friendly and the staff do an awesome job of arranging for a variety of events at different times in order to accommodate all types of people’s schedules, abilities, ages, etc. Plus, most everything you need is walking distance, so I only have to use my car occasionally for work. Highly recommend. I’m glad I moved in here.
