I was looking for an amplifier that would be a good match for my speakers. I described what I was seeking on the phone to Todd. He offered some suggestions including an offer for me to bring my speakers into the store to test different options. I did so and we did lots of listening tests to find the best match. My speakers now sound exactly how I had wanted them to.

I’ve purchased a few items from this shop and their Denver shop. Recently, I had some problems with a pre-amp and I dropped it off for troubleshooting when they were minimum staffed. They helped me troubleshoot, showed me what I was doing wrong, demonstrated it and gave it back. It literally made my Christmas. I really appreciate the help. I’m a fan of people that know what they are doing and care about

Last experience was not good. They are an authorized seller of Klipsch so I went it to see if I could demo Heresy or Cornwall IV's. The rep working couldn't tell me really anything about them and then said that they don't have them at the store and I'd have to drive down to Denver or Colorado Springs to see them. These aren't cheap speaker at all and I asked if they could bring a pair up to Boulder, no dice, I'd have to drive to their other stores. Ok, guess I'll go elsewhere as they didn't seem too interested in the sale.

Ryan from Listen Up came to our condo on. requested service call, arrived exactly at the requested arrival time. He has fixed our issue- namely a 9-year-old Sony monitor that was taking a long time to start (part of an AV system we have). Steve and Manuel are very tidy and set up the TV very efficiently so that everything worked perfectly. They knew exactly what they were doing and did it in a very professional manner.
