I have had Lindi's Music Notes tune 2 of my pianos. One was very old and had never been tuned, she was very honest with what the outcome of that tune would be before she started. That piano has since been retired. 🙂 She provided a referral to Grand American Piano where I purchased a beautiful baby grand piano. She has also tuned that piano after it was in place. I am very picky and she has exceeded my expectations.

So very unhappy with her piano tuning services. She came out and tuned my piano and the "D" key , after middle c, stopped working 90% of the time, which made it difficult to practice. When I called her to come fix it, she said she couldn't come back for a while. I set up an appointment 3 months in advance. A few days before the appointment she texted me, saying she couldn't come. Gave me no reason why. I did insist, because we had a hard time playing the piano. She did end up coming, but she wasn't happy. She took my piano apart, come to find out, she dropped one of the rubber wedges inside the piano and she didn't pick it up. No biggie, she removed it and that resolved the stuck keys. However, she decided to do a little unauthorized modification on my piano. She unhooked several power cords (I have a combo piano/organ. While I wasn't using the organ, I didn't want her to mess with it. She also unhooked 2 of my pianos peddles, the far left and middle peddles, stating that my kids needed to learn how to play without using those pedals. They have been taking lessons for 6 years now and have never used those pedals, but that doesnt give her the right to alter my piano. She didn't inform me she was unhooking them until she had already put my piano back together and was leaving. Then, after she put the keys back on, she supposedly "tuned" my piano again, but it was as out of key as it has ever been.
I've had this piano since I was 10 (I'm 43 now) and I've never had problems with it until Lindi touched my piano.
