This is a beautiful property that I would highly recommend. From the beautiful rooms to the helpfulness of the staff, my ski vacation stay at this hotel was amazing. The daily breakfast is delicious and varied. The hot tubs and pool are clean and in perfect working order and the lobby/lounge with music is warm and inviting. I used the fitness room daily. It has all machines and a TRX. Love this hotel. The shuttle to and from anywhere local is a fabulous bonus!

Amazing stay. Great location. You can walk everywhere in town. The lobby is lively and fun after skiing. The shuttle to the mountain is fantastic. Family friendly. The pool and jacuzzi is a great way to end the day. The rooms are comfortable, clean and perfect for a lot of ski gear. I would highly recommend the Limelight.

I recently stayed at the Limelight Hotel, and I must say, it’s a beautifully designed property that exudes charm and elegance. From the moment you walk in, the modern decor and inviting ambiance create an impressive first impression. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and stunning views that enhance the overall experience.

While I truly enjoyed my stay and appreciated the high-quality amenities, I did feel that the hotel leans towards the overpriced side. Given the cost of the accommodation, I expected a few more perks or services that would justify the price tag.

Nonetheless, the location is fantastic, and the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, which added to the enjoyment of my visit. If you're willing to splurge and appreciate beautiful surroundings, the Limelight Hotel is definitely worth considering. Just be prepared for the premium pricing!

We stayed in a suite at the Limelight for a ski trip and had a pretty good experience, though there were a few things that missed the mark. ||On the plus side, the suite was spacious, with plenty of options for sitting and relaxing after a long day on the mountain. The hotel is right in town, within walking distance of several restaurants, and there’s a market across the street if you need snacks or groceries. The hotel is located only about five minutes to River Run, and the hotel’s shuttle to the ski resort was excellent—the drivers were always on time, super friendly, and made getting to the mountain hassle-free. Breakfast was another highlight—convenient with plenty of good options to fuel up for the day. A coin-operated laundry room on our floor was extremely convenient. The staff was friendly.||That said, there were a few issues. The biggest downside was the noise—there’s basically no soundproofing, so we could hear everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms, which made it tough to sleep. The sofa bed in our suite was uncomfortable—felt like sleeping on a box of coils. Thankfully our young son did not mind and he was the one who slept there. Housekeeping is a bit hit-or-miss – they make your bed and empty your trash cans daily but do not clean the room. They also forgot to refill our bath soap, and when we called for more bath soap, it never showed up. There was a mix-up with the airport shuttle—not the drivers’ fault, but the hotel staff somehow didn’t have us on the pickup list. Thankfully a driver showed up pretty quickly. ||All in all, there were some definite positives—great location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and a solid ski shuttle—but the noise issues and service slip-ups took away from the experience. We’ll probably look at other options next time.

Excellent hotel. Top notch service and great amenities. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable. Great views and nice decor. The tile floors in the bathroom get extremely cold so that could use some help. The only thing that we could complain about were the pillows. They were abysmal.

Such an amazing hotel! We loved the live music and happy hours in the evenings. Really nice fitness center with a Peloton bike as well as an outdoor hot tub and pool. They offer free shuttles, snowshoes/poles, theragun massagers and a great breakfast in the morning!

Excellent hotel with European vibes. Awesome breakfast with the best salsa I have ever had. Brought our pups and they had treats at the front desk! Easy walk to the park. Garage was safe and easy. Elevators from garage were easy to navigate up to the room. Nice patio!

Great hotel …. Walkable distance to town with lots of great stores and restaurants. Great happy hour and fitness center …. Nice night time live music. They have a very convenient shuttle service to and from airport as well as to and from Bald Mountain.
