I'm happy I found this place and especially pleased to have Nate as my stylist. He's truly a magician. My color is so vibrant still, and it's been five weeks. I also loved the haircut. I'm looking forward to my upcoming appointment.

This was my first visit to Lemon Head. I was nervous about finding a new stylist after moving back to the area and my hair was going to be a challenge after some extreme medical issues. No amount of words can express my gratitude for NATE! He came highly recommended by a current client. He was kind , patient, listened and understood the monumental task at hand. Nate worked wonders on what I thought may have been a lost cause. He is an AMAZING artist! Book him now!

I actually haven’t gotten my hair done yet, however my interaction with their customer service was so on point that I felt I needed to leave a review of that alone. The woman I spoke to, Meg, was very knowledgeable and kind. She was able to answer my questions throughly and maintained a sense of professionalism. Needles to say, I am very pleased and plan on having my hair done here soon.

The website needs to be updated with the strengths, experiences, and reference pics of each stylist. There is nothing to help identify which would be a best fit. My regular stylist (different salon) was out of town and I had a work trip coming up, so I tried here. I even called the front desk and told them what I was looking for and they suggest this stylist - I’m deeply regretting it and it’s going to take a while for my hair to recover from the cut I received.

While the atmosphere here is good and my stylist was sweet, my hair was completely butchered. I asked for a “subtle shag” with curtain l/ swoop bangs and ended up with bangs so short they can’t do anything and chopped up layers.I don’t know what happened, but when she cut my bangs it seems not any care or pause was taken; she sectioned, grouped and chopped them so short. It happened so fast there was nothing I could do; I immediately told her that was way too short and it was not what I asked for. She was apologetic and I could tell trying to fix it, but there was no going back.

Please fix your website so there is info on each stylist, just because you’re a popular salon in a small town doesn’t mean to can’t provide solid info for people to make informed decisions.

Made a spur of the moment appointment with Kendal after my usual hairstylist messed up my appointment for today! Instead of just a cut as I had planned, I decided on highlights and a cut! He made some suggestions, and I told him to do whatever! He did an absolutely fabulous job! I can 110% say he’s my new hairdresser. I won’t go to anyone else. My hair looks and feels amazing! Thank you so much Kendal I feel like a new woman!

I don’t like to leave poor reviews, in fact it always fun to celebrate great customer service!! However in this case, this is a PSA to make sure no one else has this experience.

It’s interesting that the owner Alyna, thinks that a poor attitude and passive aggressive behavior is acceptable when a customer is in her chair. 90% of her stylists greet, introduce, ask questions, follow up and are comfortable making adjustments to a haircut when a correction is necessary. This is definitely not this individual.

In fact, she bullies her clients by slamming the chair around, doesn’t offer a mirror to look at the completed job, rudely rolls her eyes, and has difficulty engaging with customers that have been to professional / commercial hair salons and expect a job well done.

Technically she is fair, based upon her timing and execution (she had to make toner and color adjustments twice.) Not a huge deal… although she’s been in the industry over 10 years? However, there are hidden increased costs that you actually find at that checkout desk… not cool.

Beyond that, the nasty attitude and lack of respect is outrageous. Naturally no one would return for this type of behavior. It’s also important to make sure others are aware of a toxic owner who struggles to offer good service. “Forewarned is forearmed”.

If you want professional and fabulous environment, this is the place ! Nate repaired, and colored my hair to near perfection ! He is super professional and super knowledgeable… I had a budget , a lot of wants and needs and he somehow met them all with enthusiasm and passion! I walk out each and everytime feeling like a celebrity! I will never go anywhere else for any of my hair needs - magic — that is the word I have in my head when it comes to this salon , staff and my stylist - Nate ! MAGIC

asked for wolfcut got short hair and a mullet. if you need something rushed and easy to do then this place is ok. they can’t do fades, layering, and good texture, i would recommend going somewhere more experienced/better certifications.
