The Leland House accommodated our family of 16 for a delightful holiday get-away. The perfect setting to have meals together, walk & shop historic downtown Durango, and experience the popular steam-powered train rides.

We loved our stay at the Leland House! Perfect location in the heart of Durango. Free parking. Excellent communication before and during our stay. Really helpful staff helped troubleshoot problems with TV immediately. Comfortable room albeit a little small. Lots of amenities and everything worked great. We'll stay here again the next time we are in Durango.

I can’t speak highly enough about the hospitality offered here. Checking in and out was a breeze, and the location cannot be beat. We wanted to stay in the heart of town, and Leland House did not disappoint. Any time we had any needs, be it more towels, recommendations, or property inquiries, we were met with courteous and prompt responses.

Stayed in one of the Suites. Very much liked that there was a door between the bedroom and living/dining areas. The room was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. Within walking distance to many local restaurants and the train station for the day trip to Silverton.|Before our stay, one of staff called us to see if we had any questions. Once there, our couple of text questions were responded to almost immediately. Liked that there were no keys, just key pad access to both the room and building. Also, liked that they had their own free parking lot behind the building. |Only downside was that while we did not hear noise from outside the building, the noise from the hallway was bothersome.|No breakfast option was not an issue for us. There is a fully equipped kitchen/dining area in the Suite. Several bakeries are located nearby with breakfast options. Definitely try the French Bakery restaurant nearby.

Best decision we made was to stay here during our trip to Durango. This place is EXTREMELY clean. The room was very nice and staff was so sweet and hospitable!! Very walkable to anywhere downtown as well. We had a great stay here

My husband, dog, and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was great! The location can not be beat, walkable to all the shopping, restaurants, and train station. Anything you could need was in the suite, beds were comfortable, and it was great to have Lolas next door. Would recommend!

I came up to Durango to propose and not only was this the perfectly located to have fun on the town and not drive but the vibes were spectacular! The rooms are modern yet cozy and the building itself has so much Durango character. This is going to be my new Durango hotel recommendation to people and we definitely can’t wait to come back!

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Leland House! The service was exceptional, and the room was impeccably clean and modern. The front patio had delightful seating arrangements that added a touch of fun to our stay. Plus, we were delighted to receive tokens for complimentary drinks at the neighboring establishment. Without a doubt, we will be returning in the future.
