I had Leave A Legacy convert some old home videos taken on a mini dvd camcorder to digital files. They turned out great and the work was done quickly. It was also less expensive than the online companies and those companies don't even offer mini dvds as a medium they work with.

Entire experience was HEARTBREAKING.

I rushed a video to Leave a Legacy knowing my father was on his deathbed. She agreed to rush the conversion from VHS to digital for me, although it ended up taking a week for her to post any video. I pre-paid for 6 hours of video, not really knowing how much footage was on the tape.

She delivered slower than expected - a full week rather than a couple of days. I wasn't able to view the video until a couple of days before Christmas only to find she had sent me a link to SOMEONE ELSE'S VIDEO (hello! privacy violation!)

I tried contacting her multiple times via email and phone but she apparently didn't check either for over 12 days. Seriously, the entire family has wept over this.

Today she sends the correct link, no apology for the mistake (wrong link) or the insane delay in correcting it. It's too late to share with my father - such a heartbreak.

AND - turns out there was less than 2 hours of video on the tape, and she's refusing to refund the $30 overcharge.

What happened to owning your mistakes? Showing compassion? Customer service? Marsha does none of that. If your memories are precious, don't trust them to Marsha. She isn't worthy.

Very expensive. Make sure you ask how much it's going to cost you before you have then do anything. I had a bunch of negatives to scan for $320 !!! Couldn't believe it. No heads up no letting me know I would have never had it done for that price. Although paid $600 for a memorial video for my son, that turned out to be great but $600 ?

First off I will say that I did like the video but if I had not come back on the day of the funeral the end of that video would have not been complete. And I wouldn't have hired you knowing how much. You never said .70 cents per negative? I would like to know WHEN you told me that !! You knew I was going to Walgreens to have them done, and you could not have that, could you? You just said to give them to me I will scan them for you. And by the way, your employee said it in a hot second about 70 per hour. But come on, my son had just died, and it was worth it, but only for him. I am sorry it took me some time to gather my thoughts. I was there for 6 hours. 2 days, and you charged me 5.7 hours. That's what a $20 discount is? Taking advantage of me is bad behavior in my eyes. and that's what really happened. Bye

I recently had Leave a Legacy convert some very old home movies into digital files as well as convert some cassette tapes to digital files and I was very happy with the results. I highly recommend Leave a Legacy!

Excellent job on transferring an old beta max tape, and a couple of VHS tapes, into current technology. The employees were helpful, and upfront on pricing, which was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Used them to convert a couple VHS tapes and an 8 track they did a great job giving me back some of my memories of my folks. One of the tapes I had already given to legacy box and they messed it up and said there was nothing on it. So Leave A Legacy were much better, they recovered it for me and they were much faster and better service. Thank you!!

We had a WW2 photo of my grandfather, a pic of my grandmother along with their wedding picture redone. The photos were very old, crumbling and had missing pieces. They were able to clean up the pictures and fill in the missing pieces, the pictures ended up looking amazing. The customer service was absolutely wonderful. They treated our fragile pictures with care and respect. We have more old photos that we'll be taking in to be redone. Thank you for helping us preserve our family photos that are going to be passed down to their great grandchildren.
