Walked in without an appointment the day before Thanksgiving to get my new plate and tags. I was expecting the average long lines, rude clerks, dirty building DMV experience.

I was blown away how clean and comfortable the waiting room is. On top of that my number was called within a minute of my arrival and the clerk had me done and out of there within 5 minutes. (Probably got lucky with the lack of wait time but still) I live in Fort Collins and i will definitely be doing the longer trip coming here from now on.

Loveland location: Spoke to an unpleasant individual named Daniel in regards to emissions. I was curious about why I would need to have an emissions done after purchasing a vehicle that had a emissions test done 10 days prior of purchase. The car and its inspection passed all the requirements needed for Colorado's good air, etc. So why is it necessary?.. Daniels weak analogy to explain why, was "it's like if you go to the movies and purchase a ticket and then when it's over you try to use that same ticket again to get in free" and you just can't do that.
Wow... Okay! His Definitely not the right person to help with these types of questions. He should figure out how to properly explain this and without being rude.

Scheduled my appointment for new plates/title and even though it was busy, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Helpful and cordial staff every time I've been in.

UPDATE: Just went in on a Monday to get plates for a new vehicle, and Jason was super helpful and very informative. In and out in less than 15 minutes this trip.

I come here all the time doing title stuff for the law office I work at and for probate cases. This is now the 2nd time I have been in here and dealt with Katleen. I was in earlier and forgot a document and had to come back and it was close to closing time , her and another employee were kind of arguing about why she called my number, like I was a Huge inconvenience, then she's helping me and completely rude to me , kept checking the time and just attitude. Very unprofessional walking into them fighting about who called me then continue her rude attitude, last time I gave her a chance amd don't write a review, but here we are again and nothings changed . I know I will refuse working with her if she calls me again. Horrible customer service.
