I wish negative star was a possibility. I’ve been using this pharmacy for years. I went in to gather some meds, and they gave me the biggest smile ever saying it won’t all be ready until the next day. Apparently they don’t cover Cigna anymore, but they happily asked for full price. Never coming here again. The American healthcare system is a joke… and this is proof. Get lost. Unfortunately Walmart charged me less for four scripts, than this place asked for one. Get it together Kroger.

I hope they don't think beating Amazon to the in-store purchasing is renovations. This is quickly becoming the most aged kings in the area. They close the doors on the left extremely early to which I can only assume is to ignore the homeless on that side of the building. Lazy employees using shopping carts for trash! How gross, that's where I use to put my food.

The staff is friendly here, they seem to restock quickly & the store is kept tidy. The only issue I have with this King Soopers is the employees at the self checkout area (in the evening) are generally super annoyed EVERY time anyone needs help. If you hate your job that much, find some place else.

This store is gross. Its just a dirty ass store. The deli is a joke. I wanted to order a chicken dinner and the employees just kept talking to each other. Finally I get my meal and its absolutely disgusting. The green beans tasted old and meaty. The chicken dry & old and the lady working made sure to give me the smallest tender possible. Another thing that sucks about this store is the layout. Its like my 6 year old nephew designed it. Some of the most common needed items are on hidden back isles. What a joke!!!!

Skinny black haired kid at the self service is very arrogant and the table out front with employees smoking is unattractive. Pharmacy people are pretty nice and the checkers are quick. Service desk people are nice but when they get busy the mid level managers wont jump in to knock out the line of customers.

Best shopping experience I've had since I moved here! I was feeling under the weather and had my kid going crazy. My heart dropped when I had to bag my groceries but the manager quickly stepped in. The fantastic customer service didn't stop there. He even directed my daughter to getting a free sticker, helped me distract her, and pushed my groceries out to my car! He then loaded my car for me! Best produce I've seen in awhile great markdowns. The sugar-free selection is amazing. The staff was so friendly. Way to help a single mom out guys you're doing great!!!

Worst customer service experience ever. Had a script called in from Anschutz, was told it was never received so i went to Anschutz and was guaranteed it was sent and was given all the info to look it up. Walgreens refused to honor the scripts, now I'm without antidepressant meds and gave to go to work. Idk what's going to happen.
