Excellent service and assistance from Ron from produce. He was very helpful and went above and beyond resolving my questions.
I agree that the location could be better staffed, and I wish that the employees were better compensated for their hard work. But if you’re having trouble finding something or have a question about a coupon, item, or price many of the employees are very helpful and can clear up most issues.

It's so hard to find friendly service in the city that I don't even expect it anymore, but Jody and Diego, who work in the meat department in Mayfair, were so helpful and really seemed to genuinely love their jobs. Your corporation’s neglect is unacceptable. Start paying your employees a fair wage and staff your stores appropriately, especially during peak shopping hours. Customers shouldn’t be forced to wait endlessly at self-checkout because of your refusal to staff checkout lanes properly, and your practice of locking up so many items treats loyal customers as if they’re thieves. And your pickup service is practically useless, as orders are regularly canceled due to your chronic understaffing. Do better, Kroger.

Always understaffed, constantly out of things that they shouldn't be. Sale items ring up at normal price ALL the time. I have been charged twice for 1 item at least 6 times. I have no idea who's been in charge over the past 5 years (probably more) but managing a large super market is NOT their calling. Unless you're in a pickle, avoid what used to be a great store and shop somewhere else.

This place does not service their clients in the hours that are listed. I show up with 7 minutes until closing, looking to get juice and eggs. I'm a type 1 diabetic - and the jack wagon security guard denies entry saying, "I don't care, have a nice night"? The website says 11. ELEVEN. Ridiculous customer service. I don't care that they are near Colfax and fear people from the the streets. Hate you Kroger.

The amount of policing from employees in-store is just not worth it anymore. I hope that the actual amount being stolen from this location justifies how rudely customers are treated. I’ve come here often for almost two years and the surveillance and interrogation over groceries (that I’m being filmed buying) is getting to be a lot. I’m not saying you should steal, I am saying you’re going to be treated as if you are regardless of how much you’ve spent there. Go to the Safeway across the street.

I have never seen so many unhappy employees in my life. The only one that greats the customers is Mike at the self check out. Two weeks ago went to King Soopers at Hampden and Uravan. Every department is friendly and care for the customers. Unlike Mayfare Kings. Guess i will try Quebec Kings.

This pharmacy is GARBAGE! Don’t waste your time.

I was on hold 4 different times just for them to hang up on me. Then I rush over, and they are closed for their lunch break.

Had the lady that put me on hold 4 times ever came back to talk to me, I could have found out if they have the inhaler I desperately need. They don’t care about their patience.
