Had a great time watching the bands play at open mic night and the owner/bartender Gary is the best! ❤️ Wonderful place to go meet new people and relax listening to music. One of my favorite places to spend an evening.

My husband and I had a disappointing experience at this establishment. Not only were we overcharged for our drinks (charged for two beers instead of one, and $36 for two Irish coffees), but when we requested a receipt, we were told it couldn't be printed. This lack of transparency left us feeling taken advantage of. Additionally, we noticed an unpleasant odor of urine in the bar area, which detracted from our overall experience. We suggest implementing better pricing practices and ensuring a clean and odor-free environment to improve customer satisfaction.

This place is 100% grade A Garbage. Don't even waste your time. I'd rather get trashed at a waffle House on my own dime. There's no AC so it gets super hot in there. Drinks were sloppy and the bartenders are just too worried about making out with each other. They try to have music played in there but the house DJ (DJ slim Jim) thought he was top tier mixing but in reality was playing subpar trashy music with a terrible sound system. You're better off listening to a mix on soundcloud in a park with music you actually like. Giving this place one star is honestly too much. Clown Of an establishment.

Kinfolks is a Manitou Springs institution! The vibe is always good and the new owner, has brought back the true essence of a very loved local hangout.
If you like live music, local art and cold adult beverages, check it out, you’ll love it.

Do not let your friends go to this place. They will over serve them. To the point of being a pedestrian is a fatality possible situation. I am a licensed mixologist in the state of Washington, and the condition my friend left this bar in is disgusting and dangerous for the public.
I'll be sharing the video with the alcohol beverage agency in the morning. I pray that they remove the license from this establishment pronto. After my emotionally influenced review , information was revealed to free the establishment from most of the blame. My friend received multiple shots from the room full of customers.
I still believe that the number of customers shows quality of operations. With this, it would be best to have more staff to help track the poured shots so social
Drinks aren't hazardous for over consumption.
Pouring shots for sharing with a buddy needs confirmation that the" buddy " is not the same "buddy" of the next five different people in line.
So I waited outside. When my friend obviously showed signs that he had enough. I wasn't aware that extra shots afterward would come from all directions besides the bartender.
Sorry for blaming the establishment. I reviewed this establishment while blood dripped and the emotions affected by it.

The service was ok, the OPTIONS weren't good. The only vegan and vegetarian option was cranberry juice or pineapple juice. You're in MANITOU For gods sake and you're called KINfolks. Plus a bunch of drunk old ladies in white linen falling over and the musician only performed SHREK SOUNDTRACK songs.
