I lost my Nissan Leaf key fob and they were able to replace it at half the cost of the dealer. They programmed the fob and made me a new key in less than 15 minutes. I did need to wait a few days to get the right key fob ordered - which I expected. Overall, I'm super impressed with how competent, professional and friendly they are. This was the first time I used their services. I will definitely be going back to them!

How refreshing it is to work with someone experienced, polite, and professional!
I needed a new fob and key cut. Dealer quoted my almost $700. After doing a google search and calling several numbers for estimates, turns out they're all just tied to the same service pool, and the number gets you someone not even in the same state.
Called Keyway, and the owner actually answered. Walked me through the whole thing, gave me his personal number to send a pic of my fob to so we could make sure he ordered the correct one, and set me up within a few minutes! Made my appointment, went in and got the new fob programmed and key cut in less than 1/2 hour, all for less than a third of the dealer's quote.
Outstanding knowledge, courtesy, pricing, and professionalism. Don't bother looking anywhere else.

Very pleased to find a local lock and safe shop to help us with our home security needs. Friendly and helpful staff (Nolan), good basic inventory with some variation to fit your needs and budget. You choose your item and they give you an invoice to be paid after installation. We were contacted within a week and the installation happened in the following days. Installer arrived on time and worked efficiently, doing exactly what we'd asked and providing an overview of functionality of item installed. Always appreciate good customer service, reliability, responsiveness, professionalism. Thanks!

Keyway does a great job either making hard to replace keys at a reasonable price or recommending lock sets that are proven to be very reliable. I have had keys made elsewhere that did not work and when I went to Keyway, the team there made keys that have always worked. I have learned to go there first.
