We got a condo at River mill. The location is great, the condo is unfortunately dangerous. The only bed they have is a Murphy bed. It clearly has good use of the bed already. The Murphy bed has a very loose metal frame as foot board. When we lower the bed for might, the metal frame came loose and hurt my toe, it’s completely black.
Unfortunately I can’t ski because of the injury. The maintainence guy came to check the bed and said it’s in regular condition and we are not the first family got hurt by the Murphy bed.

If you have kids or got assigned to a room with Murphy bed, be very very careful. It could ruin your vacation and end up in emergency room.

Great location, ski in and out right by the ski school on Mountain View side. Mountain View side is quiet, absolutely nothing going on after 5, you will have to take bus to Fiver Run side. Room was extremely run down, ceiling fan sounded like it would fly off wall! I’m not sure if some of the pillow cases were clean. Place was in desperate need of a renovation but the location is spot on for your kids to be able to ski and come back when ready!

The staff was incredibly friendly. Despite there being a lot of people waiting, I didn't feel rushed and the staff answered all of my questions. They were incredibly knowledgeable considering the amount of properties they have. The rooms itself were beautiful and my only issue was that all the blinds were open which made the room 82 degrees.

My wife and I stay here August 2018 for a wedding. We were in a one-bedroom condo, and we had a delightful time. The condo was well-appointed, the living room had a pull out couch, and the bedroom was very nice with a memory foam mattress. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything you would need for a week-long stay. We were in the River Run Village area which had a number of restaurants and coffee shops, and was very close to the gondola and ski lifts. Would highly recommend.

I booked a condo through Keystone resorts because the hotel options had no vacancies for the conference I was attending. I wanted a place within walking distance of the conference center but was put in a place 2 miles away (reason for taking away a star). Also, with many attendees arriving at the same time, check in was extremely slow with staff unable to find reservations without high effort. That said, folks were friendly and cheerful.

We have stayed here numerous times but this trip has started out badly. Checked in, with only one other person checking in took 45 minutes. We have two condos and in August we were assured we would be in same building so family was together, didn't happen. Then we got to condo, or what we thought was condo by their paperwork, kept sliding key until occupants came to door wanting to know what were were doing, very embarrassing as room was occupied. We tried calling check in desk, they wouldn't answer phone, finally they had us on hold, would go back to operator, etc.. Eventually all 6 of us had to go back to check in desk with our 3 year old grandson who was tired & needed a restroom. Desk said they were busy, that's why no phone answering and told us how busy they had been. Really not an excuse for a professional property like Keystone. They checked room #, realized they had written wrong # on folder, go figure! They did have people help unload our van but the whole process was poor. We have never experienced this before here and I am hoping the next 4 days go better. Second day update. Management contacted us, very apologetic for the situation. They made some adjustments to our account to help off set any inconveniences. Based on our previous stays we believe it just was a bad day for all. I am changing the rating from one star to four stars and we are appreciative of the management follow up.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Customer service seemed to be their #1 focus. I left some items behind on accident, called right away, and they had someone meet me with the items within minutes. I would book another stay with them in the future.

Our room wasn't ready until 630pm, but otherwise, the front desk attendants went as fast as they could and provided thorough instructions as many were stuck overnight after the passes closed going back to Denver due to inclement weather. They provided coffee and tea and we're very pleasant.
