I want to start this post to say the staff was great to work with. Tim, Sam and Oscar were very friendly. Tim helped hold a specific truck for me as I was coming from out of state. He even picked me up from the airport in the truck. I believe my issues were likely out of their control, but are issues I would like to know as a consumer.

I had recently purchased a high mileage F-150 from this dealership. The next morning I had noticed a significant oil leak coming from the truck. I had moved the truck three times in one parking lot to confirm the leak was coming from the truck. I had contacted Tim, who agreed the leak should be fixed and to bring the truck in. I was then unable to even start the truck. With assistance, I was able to drive the truck to dealership.

At the dealership, Oscar allowed me to drive a 2021 F-150 that had just left inspection and maintenance. The next day, I was driving the truck when the rear driver-side tire came off. I inspected the tire and discovered all of the lug nuts had come off and the other tires on the truck appeared to be loose. I believe someone had not fully torqued down the lug nuts. This vehicle incident could have caused a serious collision, which may have injured or killed me.

I again contacted Tim and told him I had lost confidence in the vehicles they were selling. He apologized and quickly had my contract terminated and eventually had my cashiers check mailed back to me. I really enjoyed working with Tim.

I have to say, the staff was very friendly, helpful and always answered the phone when I called with a questions. I believe there are problems with the inspections and maintenance of their used vehicles. I would not return to purchase a vehicle from them. If you are inclined to purchase a vehicle from them, spend a bit more time inspecting the vehicle to ensure you are comfortable with the purchase.

I just want to compliment the folks at the Kendall Value Lot. I've always had good, friendly service from Kendal, whether it be the Auto Mall or the Value Lot. However, I want to single in on the Value Lot today. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Specifically, I want to thank my sales rep, Sam M; the Financial Manager, Sam T; and Oscar, who worked so hard to get approval for me. All three of them deserve BIG TIME kudos, and thanks for all of their hard work. Thanks, guys!!!!

Update: I needed another car, and once again, they came through. Gerardo, the one who helped me this time, was wonderful! So helpful and friendly. Not to mention, professional! You absolutely can not go wrong buying a car from these folks!!
