Ken the Book Printer is amazing and I had the best experience! I got a 14" x 11" art coffee table book printed on thick paper with a thick board and it's gorgeous. Since it's an art book, it was important to me for the photos to be colorful and not too dark. The photos are just how I wanted them to look, colorful and bright. I enjoyed all the individual attention throughout the process; I was in contact with them on email and phone through every step and they were so helpful and wonderful to work with. They do regular all-text books, too - not just art books. I highly recommend!
