Joe Kemp is honest and upfront with any situation. He will not sugarcoat anything. He is dependable and tells you like it is. If you need a lawyer to represent you then Joe Kemp is the person to contact. He told me what I needed to do and how to be prepared for my court date. If I had questions he would always answer them. Fantastic man. Best in the business. I didn't think I had much hope of fully winning my case the way I did, but thanks to Mr. Kemp here, I won more than I expected, and I'm so grateful and truly appreciate him and his help. Mr. Kemp was a savior to me in a time of need. He helped me persevere through a very tough custody case and was honest and fair through the entire process. I never had to question whether he had my best interest at heart, as he proved it time and time again. I never had to worry whether he would call me if I had questions. Mr. Kemp helped me start and finish a much needed adoption case. He was very knowledgeable and didn't waste any time.
