I was charged full retail price for a “new” SIG P365, that was either previously owned, and/or already had some damage to the exterior.

I reconsidered the purchase overnight, and called for a refund less than 24 hours later. I was charged a 20% “restocking” fee, that there was no mention of while I was in the store.

I basically spent $140, my time and 40 minutes of driving and fuel costs for nothing.

I will never give them my business again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.

The only reason for one extra star is most of the employees I interacted with were nice.

Never shopping here again. If you want women to shop at your store try treating them just like any other customer. I canny stand being gently talked through use of a credit card machine while being called sweetie. Seriously!?!? Nope. Not again.
