Tonight my son and I entered at almost 6pm, we were screamed at to drop our backpacks by the front door. My son has autism and wears his backpack, with his laptop in it, for sensory reasons. My back pack was a mini purse backpack. I have never been treated so horribly by anyone in a customer service position. I informed her we would not be leaving our backpacks by the front door and she again yelled at us. We walked out and spent our money elsewhere.

It was fun to share what our city has. It also has a lot of heart ,we rare a caring community. All these wonderful business donate to food banks ,holiday donate to all the programs the city has set up to help kids, family's ,also being a disabled senior I have found out that they also reach out to senior's . So I guess I would say that American Falls has a heart.

Sign on door says temporarily closed until 5AM due to short staffing. It’s 5:09 and the employee inside is intentionally avoiding me. If you’re running late so be it but update your note or let your customer know 🤦🏻‍♀️

Was greatly appreciated of the 49!!!!! cents a gallon for diesel !¡!!!!! but the management really sucks very rude lady!!!!!! I would not come back to that store unless Brenda was gone!

Oh my...why did Istop here again ? Crapiest and lousiest Jacksons Food Store nationwide.
This one should be trully called inconvenience store and customers should politely decline to shop inside even if offered to be paid in gold for it.Such ignorant/negligent and least caring sales associates are really hard to find.Yet they managed it .
Their card reader is out of service declining valid credit and debit cards with funds available half the time.If you think it is Ok I'll pay with cash, don't raise your hopes too high half the time you won't get the exact change you expected.
It is the only source of Shell gasoline in AF area, but I heard lately Texaco is comparable in quality.
