I come to this store often with my kids. I have 4 kiddos and they love going into the store to see what new and unique toys are there. I do not allow my children to open all the packages and destroy the toys. I know that this happens because kids are kids and let’s face it, ITS A TOY STORE! I’m sure the workers there get tired of it and they lose revenue that way. This does not mean that gives them the right to be rude to customers or talk down to people trying to purchase something at their store. I would have spent at least $100 the other day, but because of the rude behavior of the staff I put the items we were going to buy back and told my kids we were leaving. We come to this store almost on every shopping trip to the mall, but this behavior from the staff happens often and we’re done. I can get this stuff on Amazon anyway. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone.

So I bought this toy for my one year old and when I got home I opened the toy and put the batteries in and the toy did not work. I called the store and they said they would exchange the toy. I drove all the way back to Park Meadows and when I got there they said they could not exchange it because it was opened, but the toy did not work. So now I’m out $20. Please do not ever shop here because if you buy something and it does not work or it’s missing pieces, they will not exchange the item or give your money back.

Very crowded and unenthusiastic staff, but there are plenty of options for games, and I've purchased a few board games over the past few months.

This place is awesome!
They have a great selection of games and the staff are always super friendly and very knowledgeable. Andi even put in special order for something they didn't carry in stock and called me when it came in. Very glad I didn't have to buy it on Amazon
Definitely will be back!

This store is amazing with all kinds of items. I don't think there was anything I didn't want. I really loved the parking vouchers for bad parking lol you can spend hours in this store because there's gag gifts, games, old school items and lots more. You can't go wrong here.

The lady told me that instructions are included in all the $150 of items/puzzles that I purchased. There were no instructions and the entire time she acted nervous and impatient even cursed while counting the change back.

I used to enjoy this store because they have a good selection of puzzles, but I will not be going back. I went to return a game I purchased the same day (I believed the game to be defective at the time of return and wanted to look into maybe getting a different game instead as well) and when the the older woman came to the register she was incredibly rude to me, rolling her eyes and making an angry face, saying she couldn't make a return because I had punched out pieces. I then said I purchased the game that morning and one of the pieces didn't fit and she immediately turned away from me and yelled for another employee to come over and build the game to see if the piece would fit. She slapped the game on the other side of the table then instead of being polite and speaking to me, waved her finger at me like i was a child so I would come to where she just slapped down the game. I told her that the receipt had no information about returns or exchanges on it (the entire time she kept interrupting me by repeating "we cant make a return unless it's defective!), she snatched the receipt from my hand, stormed away, then came back saying "well... you're right about that, but we have a sign up front and we're a mom and pop, not a walmart." Funny thing is I wouldn't even have had a problem keeping the game and having someone show me that the pieces weren't defective if she hadn't been unnecessarily rude, snatching things, making faces, and storming away from me. Absurd behavior from someone trying to hold onto MY money so badly... if returns are so complicated for the store, you should be putting the info on the receipt and verbally informing customers about items they purchase that can't be returned.
