Team could work on customer service in a big way. No introductions were made, everyone was too busy to stop and interact. Different contact with each interaction so it was like starting over every time I had a question. Prints were great, however I would have appreciated a suggestion that maybe we go up a size on the prints, it's very small for the size of the hoodie. No sanity checks on print tech end? Great price and great quality, I personally would like to see the human interactions improve before I return.
