We picked this hotel mainly because it was dog friendly. But, it is human friendly as well. Beautiful grounds, the swinging lounge chairs near the fire pit are a dream. We look forward to staying here again. Oh yea, our pooch liked it as well. Her doggie bed was very comfortable.

Unbeatable ocean views, friendly and helpful staff. Very clean rooms. The walls are thin so you WILL hear your neighbors. I'm a light sleeper and I had difficulty sleeping on the hard mattress listening to the person next door snoring and the fridge turning on every hour even when set to the lowest setting. If you're on the lower level you can hear guests walking above you. My partner is a great sleeper and slept through it all. Breakfast is eggs and oatmeal and English muffins, etc. Pool and hot tub. Two nearby restaurants are trained in gluten-free restrictions. Easy access to walking path along ocean. Gorgeous sunsets.

Have stayed here quite a few times as it's a favourite place to relax. Plenty of parking at the front of the hotel. Staff on the front reception are welcoming and very accommodating with any requests especially Cherish. Our room pool facing top - floor had the most amazing sunset/sunrise views from the balcony. The room was large spotless and comfortable, with fridge, coffee machine + pods, robes, charging points+ plenty of storage. Can walk into town 20 min via the road or ocean path then stairs down to the beach. |Breakfast provided - waffles, cereals, scrambled eggs, sausages, bagels etc.|Always come away feeling revived!||Will be back! 🙂

The view from the room is fantastic! We had the ocean front king room. The room was modern looking, but the bathroom needs a bit of updating. Bed was comfortable. We were given the lower level since the upper floor was full. We could hear the people walking above us during the evening and both nights there was a loud bang which sounded like they dropped something. Pretty annoying. Breakfast option is typical. Overall would stay here again.

Gorgeous ocean view. Friendly, helpful staff. Hard mattress. Clean rooms with thin walls. You will hear the guests in the room next door to yours; you'll get to know their laughs, coughs, snoring, music, and other sounds. At the free breakfast you'll wonder which of these people made those sounds. Two levels, one elevator, many stairs down to beach and between levels. Close driving distance to chain grocery stores and SLO.

Very nice hotel and a wonderful location. Our room faced the beach with a nice balcony and comfortable chairs. It had great views. The staff was friendly and helpful. Beautiful grounds and lots of places to sit and enjoy the views. Highly recommend.

Great experience! Gorgeous views, comfortable room, practical set up and amenities. Really no complaints about this place!

We only stayed 1 night but would consider staying here a few nights and exploring the cute little towns of Pismo and Avila.

I do reccomend bringing your own coffee if you like early morning coffee bc the one available as a courtesy in the rooms is not very strong.

So beautiful. Quiet. Sounds of the ocean. Watching pelicans launch from the cliff beyond on room. Waves. Such a comfortable bed and pillow! Good breakfast. Great service and help with dining options. Hate to leave.
