My husband and I arrived 2/28/25 at 7 pm for our second stay in a month. We love The|Inn and have been staying here for the past 3 years. The staff/food/ski valet are what makes this hotel intimate and welcoming.|But we encountered a problem as the main reservation center had booked us in the sister property, The Peaks. We've used the spa services and eaten at the Peaks, both great, but it is not The Inn where we wanted to stay.|Brandon, at the front desk, was great! He understood how much we wanted to stay at the Inn. After a brief period ( where we relaxed by the fire), Brandon was able to find a room available for one night and another available for the other two. Brandon was great in notifying the Peaks and getting us settled in our room and assuring us the staff would move our belongings the next day while we were skiing. He really went above and beyond in making our stay at The Inn possible. Thank you Brandon.|The next morning, Eric remembered us from last month! He greeted us with a big smile and apologized for the mix up, assured us all would be taken care of and was just so nice and fun to talk with.|Carmine, the ski valet, also remembered us, and of course with a smile brought us our boots. How can you not love a place like this?|Edgar also always had a big smile. It makes a huge impact on how welcoming we feel….like family!|Lastly, Jake, front office manager. He made sure the transfer of monies between The Peaks was taken care of, that we were comfortable, and he also filled in at the ski valet for the day! Everyone fills in where needed and the staff is genuinely happy to help, a sign of top class accommodations. Yes, the beds and pillows are comfortable, (two kinds of pillows, one soft, one firmer). Each room has fruit, water, coffee, tea provided and every room we have stayed in has come with a complete kitchenette. The restaurant, Siam Talay, is excellent, we eat there at least once during our stay. The included breakfast buffet is very tasty, staff friendly, and the coffee is good!|What more can I say but thank you to everyone at The Inn at Lost Creek for a wonderful stay and we've booked for next year!

Had an absolutely perfect stay from the moment we arrived. Excellent attention to detail and solicitous service every step of the way. Unbelievable convenience to the ski shop, ski valet and gondola that takes you into the town. The housekeeping staff left nothing out of place and turndown service was impeccable. Complimentary cookies, oxygen treatment and chair messages to boot. We will be back!

We would definitely stay at the Inn at Lost Creek again. The staff and the service were terrific.
Pros:
-Very Attentive Staff
-Location at the village with direct access to the lifts and Gondola which takes you to the village market and the town of Telluride (2 minute walk)
-Spacious room and very good housekeeping.
-Good nearby restaurant options
-The ski valets made getting in an out so easy, and the two valets we worked with made going to the slopes and coming back so easy.
Cons:
-We felt the quality of the breakfast and the breakfast setup did not meet the quality of the rest of the hotel. It reminded us more of a 2-3 star hotel buffet.
-The hotel had QR codes to make tipping easier. We didn't use it because a ~15% fee was added on to the amount you wanted to tip. We ended up getting cash from an ATM. It may seem like a minor issue, but I was shocked to see that a $50 tip for housekeeping was going to cost me over $57. I felt it odd that there would be fees on tips. It didn't sit right with us that we were being asked to pay a fee on a gratuity.

Our second visit was better than the first and we’re coming back next year. Jake and Eric at the front desk are so accommodating and made our stay exceptional with the oxygen bar and lobby reception. Jen in the restaurant is always a joy to be around while enjoying the great breakfast. Carmine and Sam in the ski valet are personal and efficient getting us on and off the slopes. Anahí and our other our housekeeping staff also kept our space clean, stocked and comfortable. We kind of don’t want to let the secret out but also want to acknowledge the amazing work this group of humans puts into making our vacation so amazing. Thank you!!

Wow!! What a great way to spend your ski vacation in Telluride. Great location, ski in, ski out with Carmine at ski valet, who is great. Get your lift tickets at the front desk…very convenient. Eric is here with a fabulous happy hour Friday night and an oxygen bar on Sunday!! Great rooms with beautiful views. Washer dryer is great addition. ⛷️👏🏻🍾! Love ❤️

My husband, son and I spent 4 nights here and we were blown away. Edgar went above and beyond during our stay, drove us to the market and the spa. We loved all the small touches and the impressive cleanliness. Special thanks to the housekeeping and front desk. They made the stay even better. Location was perfect. 100% would return.

The location is incredible- at the base of the mountain. Ski rental is in the bottom of the Inn. We had ski valet and a wonderful buffet breakfast every morning. The staff was so helpful. I highly recommend eating at Satay- the Thai restaurant which is on the first floor.
