Whoaaaaa. This place was the discovery of the year for me when I walked in just a bit ago. Forget waiting a week to get anything ordered online up here in the mountains, and don’t waste your time at Lowe’s or Wal-Mart settling for sub-par stuff. This place has pretty much every single thing you could ever need for hobby- to professional-level growing operation equipment. They have hydro trays in every size you could want, tons of different nutrients, conditioners, and media, all with tons of both organic and chemical options, air and water circulation equipment, grow lights, containers, fans, HVAC stuff, tents, and they even have seeds, clones, and spores ready to go.

Ry, who greeted me right when I walked in, showed me around and had some excellent recommendations and tips, which I know are going to vastly upgrade my small-scale home garden and indoor plant setup.

Seriously, there aren’t many places like this left in the entire state; youre going to be hard pressed to find half of this kind of selection at your fingertips - even if you make the drive to Grand Junction. And honestly, they keep their prices right in line with any major competitor, even online megastores. Plus, right now they’ve got a ton on sale. So you’re going to get exactly what you need right when you need it, and if you’re still a novice like me, that can mean the difference between happy healthy plants and more matter for the compost bin.

Just keep in mind it’s a little tricky to find - you have to go behind the large brown building on Hwy 6. Park in front of the row of sheds instead of along the back of the building to keep it clear for their deliveries.
If you care about your plants, or you’re looking to up your yield, your plants’ health in general, or your whole operation, go pay these guys a visit. You’ll end up like me - planning out your next visit - as soon as you walk out the door. 10/10 will definitely shop again.

I’m not a person who like to write reviews. I think most people just like to complain. The Indoor Garden is very knowledgeable on all things they sale. They don’t try to rush you out the door but take their time explaining and helping their customers. They will match online prices their price are great for being here in the Roaring fork Valley. I was a little angry I had to go back to get my ID (don't forget it). But then they totally redeemed themselves by having dog bowls and an amazing food cart with organic chicken pesto sandwich and scotch ales. Super dog friendly, relaxed environment, and stuff.

awesome store to go to when i need some coco, foxfarm, perlite, and other large items that are not worth ordering off the internet. also if youre one of those people who does not plan ahead like i am and need some equipment right away, their prices are actually pretty close to online prices when you include shipping and the benefit of having whatever it is you need right then makes it way more worth it to go to igs rather than wait for god knows how long on some online retailer.

Very nice people who run the place, the employees are all kind, and relatively informed on indoor gardening. the prices are largely inflated just like every business in glenwood springs. They do a memebership thing though where the more you buy the bigger discount you get. The reality of the membership though is that they up-charge the original price so you think your getting a deal but in reality you are paying slightly more than you would if you just ordered the products you wanted online. Its a good place to get products instantly if you dont want to wait for the mail or driv to paonia or Grand Junction to get better deals.
