I love Imperial. Their piercers are knowledgeable, friendly, funny, bad-a$$, and trendy. I've gotten 5 piercings from them, and i am always out quickly, with minimal pain and gorgeous jewelry.

As a naturally anxious person, i find their staff comforting. They put me at ease by talking through the whole process.

I emailed once about a question i had regarding my piercing and the owner replied to me promptly. I was told about them by a friend, now I'm telling all my friends.

I went in a couple months ago with the intention to get an Industrial piercing but they informed me that I didn't quite have the right ear shape to support it and it was not recommended. They offered alternatives that I liked just as much and I really appreciate how dedicated they were to making sure I could get something I liked and still make sure it was safe! I got my posts shortened on my helix & forward helix today and they gave me lots of tips on how to make sure I keep my piercings clean as possible & safe from moving around too much. I walk out each time from this place feeling well informed and confident. Thank you Laura especially!

Got my belly button pierced here yesterday (mine is a floating naval piercing). Didn’t hurt very much; in fact I don’t think my eyes even watered. My piercer Laura was awesome & explained things carefully and even cleaned my helix piercings for me that are still healing.

My only wish for this place was that they had a bigger selection of jewelry. For naval piercings they only had the type of top jewel I have, and in different colors. But no other shapes or anything like that sadly.

I visited Imperial for help with third lobe piercings (done elsewhere) that were being pretty stubborn as far as healing goes. Kerri was unbelievably reassuring and gave me a ton of guidance regarding how to care for my specific symptoms. I appreciate their patience with all of my questions. Kerri is APP certified and it SHOWS, y’all. I went in worried that I may have to give up on my piercings and left feeling confident moving forward with the healing process. Their jewelry selection was beautiful and the prices were so reasonable. Highly recommend!

My experience here started off well. I walked in to see their selection of jewelry to replace my earrings and the woman at the front desk was super kind and helpful and got me set up with their piercer within 10 minutes. That interaction started off well... until she struggled to get my final earring in. She became very frustrated very quickly, and we ended up having to put a different sized ring in (not a big deal, I was totally fine with it). However, afterwords she proceeded to throw false accusations at me as to why she was struggling and was generally being rude. I understand that she was frustrated but I wish she would have consulted me on the different earrings sizes and consequences, rather than blaming me after the fact (when I am not the expert in the room). Unfortunately not the best experience, but the studio itself was nice and their jewelry selection is great.

kerri was so helpful and talked me through the piercing. they made sure i understood what they were doing at all times and that i was happy with the positioning, as well as clear instructions on aftercare. the environment was extremely sterile, clean, safe, and welcoming my total for seconds earlobe was about $130 before tip. 10/10 would recommend getting a piercing here!

Got my second lobe piercings and their apprentice piercer was amazing! They were super friendly and made the whole process so easy! It was super clean and comfortable and everyone was very friendly. I did a walk in piercing and there was no long wait. It was overall quick and not even painful!!! If I ever get more piercings this is where I'll be going to get them done.

I absolutely will not go anywhere else for any piercing. I have been to Imperial for 10 separate piercings (from ears to VCH), all of which have been performed by Laura who is real, honest, educational, and professional. I have had countless jewelry changes on all piercings which have been done by Laura and Tabitha both. I have had great experiences with both. Aria at the jewelry counter NEVER steers me wrong with color/design combos, and always prices out jewelry before it goes in so there is no sticker shock at the end of the appointment. I have had nothing but amazing experiences here. You get the vibes you give. Come in patiently and positively and the staff will reciprocate. Imperial is a small establishment with full books. Come in with a bad attitude, they will do their best to not punch you in the face but they will still be kind. If you want good customer service, be a decent human. I will forever be an Imperial client as long as those 3 are there.
